来のマイクロ波装置の同軸マイクロストリツプ変
換部を示す斜視図、第５図は第４図の縦断面図で
ある。 図において、１は筐体、２は同軸コネクタ、３
は同軸コネクタ２の心線、４は基板、５はマイク
ロストリツプライン、６は金リボン、７は出力部
、８は同軸コネクタ心線３と金リボン６との接続
部、９は金リボン６とマイクロストリツプライン
５との接続部を示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同
一、または相当部分を示す。

- 筐体内に収容されたマイクロ波集積回路と、こ
のマイクロ波集積回路に筐体外部から信号を入出
力する同軸線路とから構成されるマイクロ波装置
において、同軸線路の内導体を円形から平板状方
形へと段階的に変化させたことを特徴とするマイ
クロ波装置。
