A cylindrical portion 17a is integrally formed on the inner surface of the element 15, and the inside of the cylindrical portion 17a is a recess 18 into which one of the protrusions of the element 15 is fitted. A first electrode 20 is provided in the recess 18 via a spring 19, and the first electrode 20 is pressed against the protrusion 15b. A second presser foot 21 is attached to the other opening of the insulator tube 16. A protrusion 21a having an outer diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the other protrusion 15c is integrally formed on the inner surface of the second presser foot 21, and the protrusion 21a and the other protrusion 15c of the element 15 are shaped like a sleeve. It is fitted into the coupling tube 22 of. That is, in the upper part of the element 15, movement of the element 15 in a direction perpendicular to the axis is restricted by the coupling tube 22. In this embodiment, a spring 23 is provided between the coupling tube 22 and the second presser 21 so as to surround the protrusion 21a. A second electrode 25 is provided inside the coupling tube 22 at the tip of the protrusion 21a via a spring 24, and the second electrode 25 is pressed against the protrusion 15c.

としている。 In the present invention, electricity flows in the order of the second presser 21, the protrusion 21a, the spring 24, the second electrode 25, the protrusion 15c, the element body 15a, the protrusion 15b, the first electrode 20, the spring 19, and the first presser 17. The end surfaces 15 of the convex portions 15b and 15c
Electricity flows to the element 15 only through the end faces 15d and 15e, but in this embodiment, aluminum is thermally sprayed not only on the end faces 15d and 15e but also on the end faces 15f and 15g of the element body 15a, and electrodes are attached to the end faces 15d and 15e. The coupling tube 22 is pressed against the end face 15g, and the structure is such that electricity also flows from the end faces 15f and 15g.
