Claims (1)
- 加熱装置を有する焙煎室内に被焙煎物を収納す
る焙煎ドラムを入口側を高く傾斜せしめた状態で
可変速かつ正逆転可能に駆動源に連結するととも
に、前記焙煎ドラム内部にスクリユー羽根を設け
たことを特徴とする焙煎装置。
