- ＢｉＴｒ又はＦＥＴからなるパワー素子によつ
て構成したデバイスを直列に接続した一対を並列
接続すると共に、各列の中間タツプ間にモータを
接続してなるＨ型ブリツジ式モータ駆動回路にお
いて、両中間タツプと各パワー素子間にスイツチ
回路を介装したことを特徴とするモータ駆動回路
。
