接するプロジエクシヨン溶接装置において、下部
電極は、ワークに接触せしめる電極チツプと、こ
の電極チツプの下端部に上端部が外嵌された通電
用の円筒状の導電体と、この導電体に外嵌され導
電体の外周面との間に水冷用ジヤケツトを形成し
た円筒状のジヤケツト部材とを備え、上記導電体
の上端部は内径と外径とをそれぞれ上方へ向け漸
次拡大せしめたテーパ状になされていて、このテ
ーパ状の上端部において上記電極チツプとジヤケ
ツト部材とがそれぞれ嵌着されていることを特徴
