A plurality of cuts are provided in the anchor rod body, and a plurality of cuts are made in a substantially vertical straight line shape, a closing metal fitting is attached to the tip opening of the anchor rod body, and a heat-shrinkable tube is externally fitted and fixed to the peripheral wall of the anchor rod body. The above-mentioned cuts (substantially U-shaped, substantially inverted U-shaped, and substantially vertical straight cuts) formed in this peripheral wall are closed, and the swelling agent is injected and filled from the opening at the rear end of the anchor rod body thus made. It is designed to be transparent.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an anchor rod body made of a cylindrical body made of metal or synthetic resin. The peripheral wall of the anchor rod body 1 has a plurality of cuts 21 that are approximately inverted U-shaped when the anchor rod body 1 is stood upright, a plurality of notches 31 that are approximately U-shaped, and approximately vertically linear. A plurality of cuts 4 are provided. The cuts 21 form a plurality of tongue pieces 22 that open upward, and the cuts 31 form a plurality of tongue pieces 32 that open downward. 2 and 3 are cross-sectional views taken along lines aa and bb of FIG. 1, respectively.

的にできる。 As explained above, in the above embodiment,
On the peripheral wall of the anchor rod main body 1, cuts 21, which have a substantially inverted U shape when the anchor rod main body 1 is stood upright, cuts 31, which have a substantially U shape, and cuts 4, which have a substantially vertical straight line shape are provided, It is extremely easy to manufacture because it is constructed by simply attaching the closing fitting 5 to the tip opening 1a and fitting and fixing the heat-shrinkable tube 6 that closes each of these cuts to the peripheral wall of the anchor rod body 1, making it inexpensive. becomes. Further, since the heat-shrinkable tube 6 is externally fitted and fixed, it is possible to completely prevent dirt and water from entering into the anchor rod body 1 through the cuts 21..., 31..., 4... in the ground. It can be effectively applied to soil formed from sediment with small particle size, as well as to soft soil with a high moisture content. After casting or burying at the site, if the expansion agent 10 is injected from the rear end opening 1b of the anchor rod main body 1, the expansion pressure causes the tongues 22..., 32... to open upwardly and erect downwardly. The anchor rod body 1 around it is enlarged, and the cut 4 is approximately vertically straight.
As the crack expands, the anchor rod body 1 around it expands. Therefore, the pulling resistance, supporting force and frictional force of the anchor rod A in the soil are significantly increased. Furthermore, as will be explained in detail below, it is only necessary to make cuts 21..., 31..., 4... in the peripheral wall of the anchor rod body 1 at the factory and then pour the cuts at the site. Since it is only necessary to drill a hole with a diameter approximately equal to the outside diameter, reinforcement work such as retaining walls can be done quickly and economically.

Further, the substantially U-shaped or substantially inverted U-shaped cut may also be, for example, a U-shape, a V-shape, a semicircle, or the like. Although the substantially vertical straight cuts 4 are provided parallel to the axis of the anchor rod body 1, they may be provided along the circumference of the anchor rod body. Further, although the cuts 21..., 31..., 4... are provided alternately along the hour direction of the anchor rod body 1, they may be provided alternately along the circumference. In that case, the cuts 21..., 31..., 4 may be provided substantially on the same line along the axial direction of the anchor rod main body 1. It is preferable that the number of each of these cuts is as large as possible as long as it does not significantly affect the strength of the anchor rod body, but it is preferable to provide them as close to the tip of the anchor rod body as possible, and it is sufficient to provide them at about 3 locations on the same circumference of the surrounding wall. It is.

It is also possible to have a male and female threaded together. When burying, a closing metal fitting with a flat tip as shown in FIG. 4 may be used.

本体1に浸入することはない。 First, heat-shrinkable tube 6 is poured with boiling water at about 80° C. to cause it to shrink, so that the heat-shrinkable tube 6 is fitted onto the peripheral wall of anchor rod body 1, and each cut is closed. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of these anchor rods A are inserted into desired locations underground 9 at acute angles to the vertical axis of the retaining wall 7 through holes 8 bored at predetermined intervals in the retaining wall 7. Hit it deep. It is preferable that the anchor rod A is relatively short when driven into the upper part of the retaining wall 7, and becomes gradually longer towards the lower part. However, the method is not necessarily limited to this, and long anchor rods and short anchor rods may be driven alternately. Furthermore, if the ground is soft, it is preferable to use a long anchor rod. In this way, even if the anchor rod A is driven into the ground 9, the heat-shrinkable tube 6 prevents earth, sand, and moisture in the ground 9 from penetrating into the anchor rod body 1.

Due to the enormous size of the surrounding area (voluminous part 12...),
Compressive stress is applied to the soil layer around anchor rods A and consolidation occurs. As a result, a large frictional force is generated between the anchor rod A and the underground 9, and the pull-out resistance of the anchor rod A becomes extremely high.

に施工できる。(Effect of the invention) An expansion agent is injected and filled into the anchor rod body driven into the ground to form an enlarged portion and a tongue piece that opens up and down on the peripheral wall of the anchor rod body, thereby increasing the anchor rod's pull-out resistance and supporting force. Frictional force can be increased. A heat-shrinkable tube that closes each incision is fitted onto the peripheral wall of the anchor rod body, which prevents dirt and water from entering the anchor rod body and inhibiting the expansion efficiency of the expansion agent. . The straight pipe-shaped anchor rod body is simply driven or buried in the ground and the expansion agent is injected and filled, so construction is easy and many construction machines are not required. The anchor rod body can be mass-produced in a factory, and it is economical because it is easy to construct, and it can be constructed easily and quickly with little noise even in areas where houses and facilities are crowded.
