【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は前の装置より製造して送られてきた平
板状の粘土を所定形状に切断して次の包装装置に

本考案装置は上記したような従来行なわれてい
た粘土の切断のやり方の不都合さに鑑みてこれを
解消すべく種々の研究の結果、考案されたもの
で、平板状の粘土を所定形状に切断する工程を完
全に自動化し、人手を要しないから粘土に作業員
が触れる事がなく、よつて細菌等が粘土に付くこ
とがなく、更に一度に複数個、等間隔で切断する
ので精度の高い同一形状の粘土が得られ、作業に
手間を要せず省力化が計られ、粘土を切断後の包
装装置への排出工程も同様に自動的に一連の動作
で成し得る効率の良い粘土の自動切断排出装置を
提供する事を目的とする。

ーホース10,10……を通つてシリンダシヤフ
ト9,9……を介して行なわれるものである。第
3図の如く、切断、吸着作業されると前記ブレー
キ付シリンダ4の作動によつてセンターシヤフト
28を介して主要部全体が所定間隔持ち上げられ
る。そして、更に前方のシリンダ5が作動して第
4図の如く、基台18,18,18,18が右方
に順次開かれ、粘土A,A……が間隔を置いた状
態に離される。その後、裏側のシリンダ2が作動
して基盤3,3が前方に移送されると共に主要部
が下方の包装用移送ベルト(図示せず)の所定位
置に来るとブレーキ付シリンダ4が2段階下降
し、粘土A,A,……が包装用移送ベルト上の包
装パツク(図示せず)の直近に来ると、吸盤1

吸着されて、次にブレーキ付シリンダ4が作動
し、主要部が1段階上昇されると同時にシリンダ
5の作動によつて基台18,18,18,18が
開かれる。次に裏側のシリンダ2の作動によつて
基盤3,3と共に主要部が後退され、該主要部が
包装用移送ベルト(図示せず)の後側の所定位置
上方に停止する。次に、後方のブレーキ付シリン
ダ4が作動し、主要部が2段階下降する。そして
包装用移送ベルト(図示せず)の包装パツクの直
近にて吸盤19,19……の吸着状態が解かれる
と粘土A,Aは包装パツク内に各々収納される。

の動作で成し得て効率が良い等、多大な効果を発
揮出来る粘土の自動切断排出装置を提供出来るも
のである。
