However, because the mirror surface reflects light, it is often avoided from the perspective of protecting the natural environment.

Wooden blocks are made by cutting raw wood such as logs into appropriate lengths and assembling them with bolts and nuts. They can be assembled on-site, making them convenient to transport. They are not bulky, lightweight, and easy to construct, and can be used to fit the gaps between constructed slopes. It is characterized by the fact that it is possible to plant grass and trees, and it is also possible to make effective use of thinned wood and other wood that currently has problems in its disposal.

The lower ends of the vertical members 2, 2 of the first stage wood block 6a are buried and joined in the left and right direction, and the backing material 5 is placed on the back of the mirror part 4 while using soil and stones as the backing material 8. Embed it in the backing material 8, and then
The wood block 6b in the tier is arranged so that the lower center surface of the mirror part 4 faces the left and right joint surfaces of the respective wood blocks 6a in the first tier, and the lower part of the wood block 6b in the upper tier is placed on the upper surface of the upper cross member 1 of the lower tier wood block 6a. At the same time, the upper wood block 6 is placed on the back side of the upper cross member 1 of the lower wood block 6a.
The wood blocks 6b of the second stage are arranged in the left-right direction while the lower ends of the left and right vertical members 2, 2 of b are joined, and the wood blocks 6c of the third stage are similarly arranged on the upper surface of the second stage. A retaining wall with a height of about 3 to 10 m is constructed by filling the gaps between each retaining material 5 with earth and stones and piling them up. Since each wood block 6 can be constructed in a layered manner, the applied load is dispersed, resulting in mechanically superior construction, and since the restraining material 5 is provided protrudingly, the resistance against applied load and earth pressure is also excellent. It is also possible to adjust the height and pile height according to the local soil quality and topography. In addition, as shown in Figure 5, by tilting the restraining material 5 with respect to the ground 7 and further adjusting the length, it is possible to construct a slope suitable for the local conditions, and at the same time, it is possible to construct a slope suitable for the field conditions. It is also possible to green the slope by planting trees, and each type of wood is treated with preservative treatment to maintain its durability.

諸効果を奏するものである。 Because the wood block 6 is made of wood, it is lighter than concrete, and when transported, it can be transported in a bar shape and assembled on site using bolts and nuts 3, and stacking can be done by amateurs without the need for skilled workers like block builders. However, it can be easily constructed. Further, by forming the wood block 6 using thinned wood, which is currently difficult to process, its utility value can be increased, and the above-mentioned remarkable effects can be achieved.
