放置用、および、保安用の安全カバーを垂設する
とともに、上記カツターカバーの排稈の根本側に
対応する他側下端に、安全を兼ね、かつ、下端部
を内側に向け屈折した下向き傾斜の補助跳ね板部
を設けた跳ね板の上端縁を軸支せしめ、該跳ね板
の外側上部を、連結アームを介して上記デイスク
型カツター機構を構成する上記低速回転軸の軸端
に設けた大径歯車の偏心位置に接続したことを特
徴とするものである。
