This type of alumite coloring has been considered impossible in the past, as the parts of the printed coating surface adjacent to the painted areas peel off and fall off, resulting in defective products.

目的とする。 The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and allows the exposed surface of the aluminum bare metal produced by polishing, punching, etc. to be produced adjacent to the above-mentioned printed coating surface in a very simple manner and without producing defective products. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method capable of applying good alumite coloring to the bare aluminum exposed surface of an aluminum component.

ある。 As a result of research into the mechanism that causes the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional art, the present inventor has found that an exposed aluminum surface 3 formed by, for example, punching of an aluminum part 2 having a printed coating surface 1 as shown in FIG. When alumite coloring is applied to the surface, the printed coating surface 1 and the aluminum part 2 to which this has been applied will inevitably be formed by punching, etc.
A crack or a slight peeling state 4 occurs in the part adjacent to the exposed aluminum surface 3 between the parts, and a slight crack occurs in the part adjacent to the part where the printed coating surface 1 itself has been subjected to punching etc. Therefore, when an alumite coloring treatment is applied to an item in such a state, an aluminum part 2 is produced as shown in Fig. 2.
Aluminum parts due to a large number of pores 6 due to the alumite coloring treatment on the surface 2a and the exposed surface 3 of the aluminum part, and at the same time due to the infiltration of electrolyte through the aforementioned cracks or peeling conditions 4 and slight cracks 5 in the part of the printed coating surface 1 itself. It was discovered that a large number of pores were formed in the portion 7 of 2, and due to the heat of reaction and other reasons, the cracked portion 5 of the printed coating surface 1 peeled off and fell off, resulting in defects. This also applies to polished parts such as diamond cuts.

When the aluminum parts 2 are already anodized, as shown in FIG. 4, cracks or cracks may occur. Since the part 7 close to the peeled state 4 is no longer subjected to anodization along with the other exposed surfaces of the aluminum component 2, only the exposed surface 3 is given a new alumite coloring treatment, and the other parts do not undergo any change. Therefore, no peeling or other defects occur on the printed coating surface 1. This also applies to polished parts such as diamond cuts.

ある。 That is, the present invention provides a method for applying alumite coloring to an exposed surface of an aluminum base metal produced by polishing, punching, etc. adjacent to the printed surface of an aluminum component having a printed surface. The method is characterized in that the aluminum parts before being painted are subjected to an alumite treatment in advance, the surface to which the printing coating is to be applied is alumite treated, and then the printing coating, the polishing, punching, etc., and the alumite coloring treatment are performed. This is an alumite coloring method for aluminum parts with a printed coating surface.

るのである。 As mentioned above, with the present invention, for the first time, it has become possible to apply alumite coloring to the exposed surface of aluminum bare metal adjacent to the printed and painted surface by polishing, punching, etc., without producing defective products, which was previously considered impossible. It has become extremely easy to apply this method, and it can provide an excellent effect of giving aluminum parts a beautiful appearance at low cost and efficiently.

In addition to preventing cracks from forming on the surface, it also prevents scratches from forming in subsequent processing steps, and eliminates the need for an extra shaped part to hook the conductive hook member to the part for conductivity during alumite coloring. There is no need to install one, and excellent advantages can be obtained, such as the ability to save a large amount of materials.
