Practicing for actual swimming, such as flip-flopping, is performed while floating in water, and the present invention is used for practicing while floating in water.

In this case, both hands are stretched forward, but since the helper is attached to the base of both arms, the buoyancy of the helper acts on the head when both arms are stretched forward. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to keep the body horizontally floating, which not only requires a long period of time for beginners' training, but also makes it difficult to learn the correct swimming posture. In addition, it is difficult to inflate the helper, and if there is not enough air, there is a risk of it coming off during practice, and conversely, if you inflate it too much, it can cause pain in your arms.

ものである。 The floating body A has a substantially rectangular plate shape, and its length in the longitudinal direction is slightly longer than the shoulder width of the user. Furthermore, two arm insertion holes 2 and 2' are formed in the floating main body A plane part 1 in the thickness direction thereof. The arm insertion holes 2 and 2' need to be large enough to allow the user's arm to be inserted up to the base of the hole, but they should be made large enough to allow the inserted arm to move freely to some extent. Furthermore, by forming the arm insertion holes 2, 2' in the shape of elongated holes that are elongated in the longitudinal direction of the floating body A, not only can the arms move freely in the lateral direction, but also Even if there are some physical differences, one standard product can be used in common. Furthermore, a substantially semicircular notch 4 is formed in the center of one longitudinal side surface 3 of the floating body A. This notch 4 is provided to support the user's chin on the water surface and keep the face always above the water surface, and at the same time to bring the center part of the floating body A into close contact with the user's chest. It is something that

It may be of a type that can be inflated with air or that can be inflated with air, as long as it has a certain level of buoyancy. Further, it is desirable that each corner of the floating body A is rounded in order to soften the contact with the body and the resistance of the water.

As a result of the presence of the floating body A, the central part of the flat part 1 of the floating body A is brought into close contact with the user's chest, and as a result, the buoyant force of the floating body A acts on the user's chest, thus lifting the user above the water surface. In addition to being in a nearly horizontal position, which is the most suitable posture for swimming, the chin is supported by the notch 4, so there is no fear of the face being submerged in the water, giving the user a sense of security and allowing the user to stay comfortably horizontal on the water surface. This is one factor that makes it easier to take a posture.

のである。 First, when comparing the user's natural posture while standing still in water, the conventional technology
As shown in Figure A, the upper half of the body is slightly tilted backwards in relation to the positions of the floating bodies a and a, whereas in this invention, as shown in Figure 6 A, the upper half of the body is tilted backwards. In addition, since the chin is supported by the notch 4, the head falls forward and the upper half of the body naturally falls forward. Therefore, in the prior art, it was extremely difficult to bring the body into a horizontal position by oneself from this state (FIG. 7A), and there was a fundamental defect in that it was difficult to transition to swimming instruction such as flapping legs. However, with this invention, the upper half of the body naturally falls forward, so it is easy to move forward from this position by simply flapping your feet a little.
The water resistance caused by this forward movement causes the lower half of the body to rise up, creating the most suitable state for swimming without any stress.

的に行う心理的効果も生じた。 Next, if we compare the state of swimming with a flapping foot, in the conventional technology, as shown in Figure 7 (b), unless the swimmer's foot is flapped very strongly, due to the position of the float bodies a and a, it is inevitable to In contrast, with this invention, as shown in Figure 6 (b), even if you do a little flapping, your body will be almost parallel to the water surface, and your buttocks will be slightly above the water surface. You can easily reach the ideal state most suitable for swimming. Furthermore, while swimming, in the conventional technology, since the float bodies a and a are separate on the left and right sides, the buoyancy on the left and right sides fluctuates due to the hands moving apart, resulting in an extremely unstable state, which makes the user feel anxious and reluctant. In contrast, with this invention, the buoyancy is always stable because it is an integral part, and the floating body supports the user's chest, giving the user a sense of security. There was also a psychological effect of giving and practicing actively.

比類なき効果を発揮するものである。 As explained in detail above, according to the present invention,
Since the basic posture of swimming is to stretch out the arms and legs and float stably on the water surface, it becomes possible to swim in a short period of time, and as a swimming training device, it is safe and exhibits an unparalleled effect.
