[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a floor pavement structure, and more particularly to a pavement structure that is resistant to swelling of the floor surface caused by moisture in concrete structures in humid areas. [Prior Art] Concrete is a porous structure with minute voids and pores, so when concrete is placed in low water level areas, wetlands, or poorly drained areas (hereinafter collectively referred to as "wetlands"), Moisture in the ground inevitably permeates and rises within the building structure due to capillary action. Therefore, if a concrete base is covered with an impermeable flooring material or paving layer such as resin, rubber, or ceramics, rising moisture or water vapor from it will put pressure on the flooring material or paving layer. and cause blistering in the latter. This blister has a diameter of
They vary from minute ones of about 0.5 mmφ to large ones of about 5 to 10 cmφ, but they generally occur locally concentrated and often scattered in a nebula-like manner. Therefore, as a countermeasure to prevent this blistering, the first consideration is to eliminate the water vapor permeability of the base itself, but since concrete is hydrophilic and porous, it is difficult for water to penetrate into areas where concrete is placed in humid areas. There is still no known method to effectively prevent this increase. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] An object of the present invention is to provide an effective means for suppressing the occurrence of blisters on impermeable floors of concrete structures in humid areas.

(1) Overview In order to achieve the above objectives, the floor pavement structure according to the present invention is a floor pavement structure in which an impermeable surface pavement layer is formed on the upper surface of a concrete base layer with a water permeable resin mortar layer interposed therebetween. In the pavement structure, a large number of recesses are formed on the surface of the concrete base layer, and the opening surfaces of the recesses are sealed in advance or the recesses are filled with a water-absorbing material. . That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide a concave portion for storing or absorbing moisture in a concrete subfloor covered with a water-impermeable surface pavement layer and a water-permeable resin mortar. The main items related to the structure of the invention will be explained below. (2) Recess In the above configuration, the recess may be formed in the form of an independent recess, but it is preferably linear, wavy, or
It is preferable that the grooves be carved in the form of a groove of any shape, such as a zigzag shape, a circular shape, or an elliptical shape. It is desirable that a plurality of grooves be formed evenly over the entire surface of the construction floor. The square arrangement shown in the Examples below, particularly the square arrangement of large diameter grooves and small diameter grooves, is a desirable format from various points of view, such as convenience and effectiveness in construction. Note that the recesses may be in the form of independent depressions, singly or interspersed between grooves. In any of the above cases, the groove or depression should have a capacity necessary to allow water and water vapor penetrating into the substrate to escape into the groove or depression, and to reduce the water vapor pressure. The preferred width and depth of the groove are:
They are approximately 2-8 mm and 10-20 mm, respectively. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the minor axis (width) is 10 to 30
A relatively wide groove with a depth of about 20 to 40 mm is approximately 0.5 mm.
They are arranged in parallel at ~2m intervals, and between these wide grooves there are about 20 narrow grooves with a width of 4 to 8 mm and a depth of 10 to 20 mm.
They are placed side by side with an interval of ~50 cm. Note that the end of the large-diameter groove is preferably communicated with a drainage pit, if one exists. (3) Sealing of the opening surface of the recess In this invention, it is necessary to apply a resin mortar layer to the base surface on which the recess has been formed before surface painting, but if the resin mortar layer is applied suddenly onto the opening surface of the recess Depending on the consistency of the mortar, it may flow down into the grooves, and in extreme cases, it may bury the recesses. Therefore, the opening surface of the recess is sealed in advance using epoxy putty or an elastic sealant, or the inside thereof is filled with a water-absorbing material such as sand, open-cell synthetic resin foam, or silica gel. The latter water-absorbing material acts as a filler to prevent mortar from entering, and at the same time absorbs and stores moisture that has seeped out from within the base. (4) Resin mortar layer The resin mortar layer is usually made of a bulk or emulsion-polymerizable uncured liquid synthetic resin material such as epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, or urethane resin, and sand such as silica sand, washed sand, or anhydrite. It is painted and formed on a concrete base to a thickness of 2 to 4 mm using a so-called "resin mortar" which is a mixture of coarse aggregate such as clay and glass beads at a ratio of 1:4 to 1:15. Or,
On the other hand, the amount of aggregate may be reduced, and the resin may be made mainly of a resin in which fine aggregate of about silica sand No. 6 or No. 7 is mixed in a volume ratio of 30% or more to the resin material. Preferably, granular substances such as fine sand are suspended in the liquid synthetic resin material in order to prevent the relatively low viscosity polymeric surface paving material from filling the voids in the resin mortar layer. thixotropic
It is desirable to seal the area with a sealant. (5) Surface paving layer The material constituting the surface paving layer applied on the resin mortar layer is bulk polymerizable synthetic resin such as urethane resin, epoxy resin, or unsaturated polyester resin containing an appropriate pigment, or polyvinyl chloride. Long sheets such as the following are prized. [Function] According to the proposed floor pavement structure, water and steam in the capillary cavities of the concrete base layer and resin mortar layer are dispersed and penetrated into the much larger volume of depressions or grooves, and are depressurized, and the surface This not only weakens the pressure applied to the pavement layer, but also prevents the occurrence of blistering because the surface pavement layer is firmly bonded to the intermediate resin mortar layer. In particular, when the depressions are in the form of a continuous groove and are connected to a drainage pit, even if a large amount of water gushes out, as at the beginning of the landfill, the gushing water will be drained into the pit, so blistering may occur. can be definitely prevented. Furthermore, on factory floors where the concrete base is already contaminated with oil and chemicals, the permeated oil and chemicals are gradually discharged along with the water through the grooves, so deterioration and contamination of the pavement layer due to these is suppressed. Ru. [Examples] Hereinafter, various aspects of the invention and implementation will be explained using examples, but each example is of course just an explanation, and
It has no direct relation to the connotation and extension of the invented thought. Example 1 FIG. 1 is a schematic partially cutaway perspective view of an example of the floor pavement structure according to the invention. This example floor pavement structure consists of concrete base layer 1
, a resin mortar layer 3 formed on the layer 1 via the primer layer 2, and a sealing layer 6 on the layer 3.
and a colored surface layer 4 mainly made of epoxy resin on the layer 6. On the surface of the upper base layer 1, grooves 15, 15, . The upper resin mortar layer 3 is made of a mixture of mixed silica sand of particle size grades No. 4 to No. 7 and epoxy resin in a ratio of 6:1, and the sealing layer 6 is made of a mixture of about 100 mesh of epoxy resin. Constructed of thixotropic material mixed with fine sand. The above-described floor pavement structure is used as a factory floor in a humid area without causing blistering. If desired, an independent depression 5 may be formed on one surface of the base layer.
c may be added. Embodiment 2 FIG. 2 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1 of another embodiment of the invention. In the floor pavement structure of this example, the grooves on one side of the base layer are 15 mm wide and parallel to each other with an interval of 2 m apart.
Large-diameter grooves 5a, 5a with a depth of 30 mm, and small-diameter grooves 5b, 5b with a width of 3 mm, a depth of 15 mm, and an interval of 30 cm orthogonal thereto.
The opening surface of the large diameter groove 5a is sealed with an elastic sealing material 7. Also in this example, independent depressions 5c may be arranged in parallel if desired. Embodiment 3 FIG. 3 is a schematic partial sectional view of yet another embodiment of the invention. This example floor pavement structure also has a concrete base layer 1.
and a resin mortar layer 3 formed on the layer 1 via a primer layer 2 and using urethane resin as a binder.
It consists of five layers: a sealing layer 6 on the layer 3, and a surface layer 4 mainly made of urethane resin on the layer 6, and each groove 5 is filled with felt-like fiber material 8, which oozes out. adsorbs and retains moisture. Embodiment 4 FIG. 4 is a schematic partial sectional view of yet another embodiment of the invention. In the floor pavement structure of this example, fine sand 9 is filled inside the grooves 5, 5 carved in the base 1, and on top of that, epoxy resin or polyvinyl acetate is coated with No. A resin mortar layer 3 made of a mixed mortar material is applied, and a polyvinyl chloride sheet is adhered to the upper surface of the resin mortar layer 3 to form a surface paving layer 4.
