Three-part steel LP that can be filled with LP gas weighing less than Kg
Regarding gas containers, it is possible to significantly reduce the weight compared to conventional ones, making it easier to handle, and also making it easier to stamp the container at the time of re-inspecting the container.

A three-part container is manufactured by combining and welding the open ends of a sky mirror and a ground mirror formed by deep-drawing a cylinder to the upper and lower open ends of the body plate. That is, in order to form the container into the three-part structure described above, it is necessary to form the sky mirror and the ground mirror by drawing, and the drawing process reduces the wall thickness by a minimum of 0.2 mm.

According to the High Pressure Gas Control Law, it is mandatory to stamp a specified stamp on the gas, and the depth of the stamp must be at least 0.3.
A depth of about mm is required, and the depth is usually 0.3 to 0.5 mm. Therefore, in addition to the wall thickness reduction due to the drawing process mentioned above, there will be a reduction of about 0.5 to 0.7 mm, and since the minimum wall thickness of the container is stipulated by the High Pressure Gas Control Law, the current plate thickness (3.2 mm) It has been impossible to reduce the weight by making the wall thinner.

However, because conventional containers are deep-drawn, the steel plate material becomes harder and the wall thickness becomes thinner, so when stamped, the surface tends to be dented or cannot be stamped clearly, making it difficult for re-inspection laboratories. I'm used to working.

The price of containers has become extremely high, 5 to 6 times that of steel containers,
There were problems from an economic standpoint.

Therefore, it is possible to make the plate thickness thinner than before, and the LP gas container can be made lighter by using thin high-tensile steel plates, especially,
Suitable for use in large 50Kg containers with three parts.
The purpose is to provide LP gas containers.

のである。 The above LP gas container is suitable for large containers with an LP gas capacity of 50 kg or more, and instead of the conventionally used mild steel plate, it has a tensile strength of 45 kg/mm 2 with good deep drawability and weldability. As described above, we can manufacture a melting vessel using high-strength steel with a plate thickness of 2.5 mm or less, thereby reducing the weight of the container by more than 20% compared to conventional ones, and avoiding the reduction in wall thickness due to legal stamping. In order to facilitate stamping, instead of directly stamping on the container, a nameplate made of mild steel plate is welded and attached to the container, and the legal stamp is stamped on the nameplate.

It consists of a three-part structure in which the open ends of the sky mirror 2 and the ground mirror 3 are combined and welded to the upper and lower sides of a cylindrical body plate 1, and 50 kg of LP gas is stored in the container 1. The capacity is such that it can be filled. A name plate 4 is attached to the sky mirror 2 (shoulder part) of the container 1 by welding.

By using a high-tensile steel plate with excellent deep drawability and weldability, the plate thickness can be reduced from the conventional 3.2 mm to 2.5 mm or less. The weight has been reduced from the conventional approx. 41kg to approx. 33kg or less, i.e.
It is possible to reduce weight by more than 7kg, or more than 20%.

Therefore, since there is no reduction in wall thickness that occurs when directly stamping on containers as in the past, it is possible to use plate materials with a thickness of 2.5 mm or less as described above. Furthermore, since the nameplate 4 is provided separately from the container, its thickness can be freely selected, and since it is made of a mild steel plate, it is possible to engrave a deep stamp desired by the container user. I can do it. As shown in Figure 2, on the nameplate 4, in addition to the legal stamp (A in the figure) at the time of container manufacture, there is a re-inspection stamp stamped part B.
is provided in advance, and the stamping part B has a shape structure that allows easy stamping and container management. still,
The shape of the nameplate shown in FIG. 3 can be selected as appropriate.
