Claims (1)
- 被脱気液の圧送ポンプから伸びる第１の管路と
、脱気液の取出しポンプに向かつて伸びる第２の
管路とを接続してなる真空脱気槽に、コンデンサ
および真空ポンプに向かつて伸びる負圧吸引管路
を接続し、前記真空脱気槽内の上部中央にその先
端部を臨ませた前記第１の管路に、被脱気液の微
粒子状拡散面積を下方に向かつて漸増せしめるス
プレーノズルを接続したことを特徴とするスプレ
ー式連続脱気装置。
