CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 8 is arranged at the intersecting position of an air supplying passage 7 and an air discharging passage 6 while both of the passages 6, 7 are connected through an opening 12. A ventilating fan motor 13, a temperature and humidity sensor 14, a water cooling or heating coil 15 and a humidifier 16 are arranged in the air supplying passage 7. Air discharging blades 10 are provided in the air discharging passage 6 while air supplying blades 11 are provided in the air supplying passage 7. In this constitution, a control unit 17 controls the water cooling or heating coil 15 and the humidifier 16 by the signal of the temperature and humidity sensor 14 to control a temperature and a humidity. The increase of cooling or heating load upon ventilating may be prevented and the temperature and the humidity may be controlled automatically.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY A conventional heating and cooling system, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4,
An air conditioner 101 consisting of a motor 104, a fan 105, and a cold/hot water coil #1o6 is installed on the ceiling of a house, etc., and hot or cold air is sent to each room through an air supply duct 102, and return air is returned. The air is returned to the air conditioner 101 via an air duct 103.

The returned air is then sent to the air conditioner 101 by a fan 105 driven by a motor 104, and is sent to a cold/hot water coil 106.
After being heated or cooled, the air is again sent to each room through the air supply duct 1o2. (For example, regarding heating and cooling methods, there is a heating and cooling system shown in Air Conditioning and Sanitary Engineering Wire Networks, Inc., "Practical Knowledge of Air Conditioning Equipment" (revised 2nd edition), P. 16B.) Problems The conventional air-conditioning and heating systems described above cannot exhaust contaminated air generated indoors, and it is necessary to provide a separate ventilation system for ventilation. However, simply ventilating the room will not only increase the heating and cooling load, but it will also make people feel uncomfortable because it cannot humidify the room even when it is dry, and electricity usage will also increase. There was the issue of putting it away.

The air guided by the exhaust vanes passes through the heat exchanger, passes through the outdoor outlet, and is discharged outdoors. At the same time, outside air enters the outdoor air inlet, passes through the supply air vanes, and undergoes heat exchange. After exchanging heat with indoor air in the chamber, it is guided to a blower fan. After mixing with the remaining indoor air that is led directly to the blower fan motor, the air passes through a temperature and humidity sensor, is heated or cooled by a hot and cold water coil, and is humidified by a humidifier to be supplied to each room. Ru. In addition, when the room becomes comfortable, the cold/hot water coil and humidifier are stopped by a signal from the temperature and humidity sensor, and the indoor air from each intake port enters through the indoor intake port, and some of it is exhausted. The remaining air is guided through the opening to the fan motor for blowing air. The air led to the exhaust vanes passes through the heat exchanger, passes through the outdoor outlet, and is discharged outdoors. At the same time, outside air enters the outdoor air inlet, passes through the air supply vanes, and is heated. After exchanging heat with indoor air in the exchanger, it is guided to the fan motor for blowing air.

According to the present example, the cold and hot water coil 15 and the humidifier 16 are operated according to the signals from the heat exchanger 8 and the temperature/humidity sensor 14.
By providing a control unit that controls
This prevents an increase in the heating and cooling load due to ventilation, and automatically controls the indoor temperature and humidity to a comfortable state without having to worry about obtaining equipment, so it does not cause discomfort to people, and it also reduces the use of electricity. This means that less air is required and more effective ventilation can be achieved.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a heat exchanger is provided at the intersection of the supply air passage and the exhaust air passage, and a temperature and humidity sensor and a humidifier are installed in the supply air passage. By installing a control unit that controls the hot and cold water coil and humidifier based on the signals from the temperature and humidity sensor, heating, cooling and humidification can be performed while exhausting contaminated air generated indoors, reducing the heating and cooling load caused by ventilation. Since indoor temperature and humidity can be automatically controlled to a comfortable state without human intervention, there is no need for people to feel uncomfortable.
Moreover, the practical effect is great because electricity usage costs are reduced.
