ともに、該紙テープを繰出し部より連続的若しく
は間欠的に繰り出して液剤塗布位置へと供給する
と同時に、該塗布位置において液剤のスプレー塗
布を受けて汚れた紙テープを巻取り部において連
続的若しくは間欠的に巻き取るようにしたことを
