Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the heat insulating performance of a foamed heat insulating material as well as the corrosion of a cooling pipe by a method wherein a polyvinylidene chloride film, not permeating gas and moisture, is arranged on an inner casing consisting of ABS resin at a side in contacting with the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinylidene chloride film 10, not permeating gas and moisture, is laminated on an inner casing 1 consisting of ABS resin at a side contacting with a foamed heat insulating material 6. A sealed space 5, formed of the inner casing 1 and an outer casing 4, is filled with the foamed heat insulating material 6 and cooling pipes 2 are fixed onto the polyvinylidene film 10 by aluminum foil tapes 3. According to this constitution, the dispersion of fluorocarbon gas in the foamed heat insulating material into atmosphere through the inner casing 1 may be prevented and the phenomenon of invasion of moisture in the atmosphere, which invades through the inner casing 1, may also be prevented whereby the deterioration of the heat insulating performance of the foamed heat insulating material may be prevented while the corrosion of the cooling pipes may also be prevented.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a heat insulating box body 7, the inner box 1 made of ABS is permeable to gas and moisture, and due to the gas permeability, the fluorocarbon gas 8 in the foamed heat insulating material 6 flows through the ABS inner box. 1 and escapes into the outside air, deteriorating the insulation performance. Also, due to moisture permeability, moisture 9 in the outside air permeates through the ABS inner box 1 and penetrates into the foam insulation material e, deteriorating the insulation performance. There was a problem in that the cooling pipe 2 was corroded and damaged.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention laminates a vinylidene chloride film that does not allow gas and moisture to pass through to an ABS resin sheet, and vacuum-forms the film so that it is placed on the back side of the ABS inner box. The inner box is made from heat-insulating materials to form a heat-insulating box.

Function: In the present invention, the heat insulating box body is formed such that the vinylidene chloride film, which does not allow gas and moisture to pass through, is placed on the inner box side of the ABS inner box, so that the fluorocarbon gas contained in the foamed heat insulating material is removed. It is possible to prevent phenomena such as water passing through the ABS inner box and dissipating into the outside air, and moisture in the outside air passing through the ABS inner box and entering the foam insulation material.

Since the vinylidene chloride film 10 is located on the urethane side of the inner box 11, it can prevent the fluorocarbon gas 8 in the foam insulation material 6 from passing through the ABS inner box 1 and dissipating into the outside air. It also prevents the degradation of the insulation properties of the cooling pipe 2 and the infiltration of moisture 9 from the outside air passing through the inner box 1 into the foamed insulation material θ, thereby preventing corrosion of the cooling pipe 2.
Problems such as deterioration of the insulation performance of the foam insulation material 6 can be prevented.

Effects of the Invention In the present invention, a vinylidene chloride film that does not allow gas and moisture to permeate is disposed on the side of the ABS inner box of a refrigerator or the like that is in contact with the foam insulation material.
Freon gas in the foam insulation material 6 passes through the ABS inner box and dissipates into the outside air, deteriorating the insulation performance of the foam insulation material, and enters the foam insulation material with moisture from the outside air that passes through the ABS inner box and inner box. This prevents the deterioration of insulation performance of foam insulation materials and corrosion of cooling pipes, thereby improving quality.
