造の記録デイスクに関する。 従来の、この種貼

2枚の片面デイスクA、Bの対向する面に、硬化
し時には比較的軟らかい接着剤層Cを塗布し、貼
り合わせることにより構成されており、Dは中心
孔を示す。しかし、この構造の記録デイスクの中
心孔D付近をプレーヤのクランプで支持し再生す
る場合、記録デイスクの周囲の雰囲気が高温度に
なると、片面デイスクA、Bが軟化すると共に、
デイスク自身の自重のために、軟質な接着剤層C
に横すべりを生じて、その外周端が下方に垂下す
るような変形を生ずる。そして、この様に変形し
た状態で再生すると、常用再生時に多大なクロス
トークを生じる等の悪影響が生じたり、著しい場
合には記録デイスクの外周端がプレーヤに接触す
るような状態まで至る。又、この様に変形した記
録デイスクを冷却して常温に戻しても回復せず永
久変形として残留する。そこで、この変形を防ぐ
ために、接着剤層に硬質の接着剤を使用すると、
2枚の片面デイスクA、Bが持つている成型歪に
よる変形を吸収できず、温度、湿度による記録デ
イスク全体が歪むという欠点があつた。
