Claims (1)
に沿つて変位自在に配設されている一対の第1ポ
ペツト部と、前記主軸の中途に該主軸の軸方向に
沿つて変位自在に配設されている一対の第2ポペ
ツト部と、前記主軸が軸方向に沿つて変位される
軸孔と、この軸孔の内周面に軸方向に沿つて所定
の間隔をおいて周設されている一対の第1ポペツ
ト部用第1弁座および一対の第2ポペツト部用第
2弁座と、一対の前記第2弁座の間の前記軸孔に
連通されている入力ポートと、前記第2弁座の間
の両端側の前記軸孔に夫々連通されている複数の
流体ポートとを備え、前記各ポペツト部の夫々の
弁座側への変位時に、前記軸孔内の被制御流体圧
を受けて前記各ポペツト部を夫々の弁座側に変位
させて夫々の弁座に圧接させるシール用の受圧面
が前記各ポペツト部に夫々形成され、また一対の
前記第2ポペツト部が夫々の第2弁座に同時に圧
接される際には、該第2弁座の間の両端側におけ
る前記軸孔内の被制御流体が前記各ポペツト部の
受圧面に作用することにより、各ポペツト部が夫
々の弁座に圧接されることを特徴とする3位置切
換弁。 2 前記軸孔の両端側が一対の前記第1ポペツト
部によつて一対の流体室に夫々仕切られ、この一
対の流体室どうしが本体内の連通路を介して夫々
連通されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の
