Description
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は持続性と防水性を有する犬猫忌避用袋
体を提供せんとするものである。
(従来技術)
最近犬猫により花壇、ゴミ箱を荒らされること
が多く被害が増大している。
又、ゴミ収集日に各家庭から出されるポリ袋、
紙袋には残飯、残菜などの食品が入つているの
で、犬猫が食べに来て荒らされることがある。
そのため、これを防止するために犬猫忌避剤が
多数販売されているが、従来この種の犬猫忌避剤
は犬猫忌避剤そのものを花壇、ゴミ箱に直接散布
するものが殆どであり、薬効の持続性がなく、防
水性がないために雨に合うと効果が半減してしま
うものが殆どであつた。
(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
本考案は上記の欠点を改良して薬効の持続性と
防水性を有する犬猫忌避用袋体を提供せんとする
ものである。
(問題を解決するための手段)
本考案者はジエチルトルアミドとメントールを
主成分とする犬猫忌避剤を完成し、且つ薬効の持
続性と防水性を考慮すると前記の忌避剤を多孔質
の鉱物粒状体に含浸させることにより、薬効の持
続性を高め、この忌避剤を、通気性と防水性を有
する紙に撥水性透気膜を有する合成樹脂製フイル
ムをラミネートしたもので包装することにより
り、あるいは包袋が通気性透湿性を有し、水性液
体を通さない多数の微細孔を有する撥水性透気膜
の合成樹脂製フイルムを使用したなので、薬効の
持続性と防水性を有し、雨にも耐え、長期間の使
用ができる理想的な犬猫忌避用袋体を完成するに
至つたものである。
さらに誤食防止のために前記の忌避剤にトウガ
ラシチンキを添加した。
(実施例)
本考案者は種々研究の結果、ジエチルトルアミ
ド(N,N−ジエチル−m−トルアミド、Deet)
(分子式C12H17NO)及びメントール(Menthol)
(分子式C10H20O)が犬猫に対し忌避性を有し、
有効に使用し得ることを発見し、特願昭58−
245740号として出願した。
本考案はジエチルアミド(以下DETと称する)
及びメントールを主成分とする犬猫の忌避剤を使
用するものである。
而してその剤形は、粒剤として使用するのであ
る。
本考案の忌避剤の配合例を示せば、

前記の処方1,2の有効成分を混合して、多孔
孔質の鉱物粒状体に含浸させて粒状の忌避剤6と
する。
つぎに、この粒状物を通気透湿性を有する包袋
4に封入して使用するものである。
包袋4、通気性を有する紙または不織布に通気
透湿性を有し、水性液体を通さない撥水性透気膜
からなる合成樹脂製フイルムをラミネートしたも
の、または水性液体を容易に通さない多数の孔3
を有する撥水性透気膜からなる合成樹脂製フイル
ムが好適である。
例えば、表面はレーヨン不織布、裏面は通気透
湿性を有するが容易に水性液体を通さない多数の
孔3を有するポリエチレンフイルム、あるいはポ
リプロピレンフイルムをラミネートした包袋4を
使用する。
第1図に示す如く、前記包袋4は、上面が紙1
で下面はポリエチレンフイルム2からなり、該ポ
リエチレンフイルム2には直径1mmの孔3が2mm
間隔で全面に形成されているものを使用する。
前記の包袋4の大きさは縦7.5cm、横4cmで、
三周囲縁を5mm幅で熱溶着5して、この包袋4に
約5gの粒状の忌避剤6を封入したものを一袋と
して使用する。
「実験方法」
第2図に示す如く、種をまいた花壇7の一辺が
1m四方で、その四隅に支柱8を立て、周囲に紐
9を張り、本考案の忌避用袋体10を各支柱8間
に忌避用袋体10を1個宛、等間隔に4個をフツ
ク11等で吊り下げた花壇7と、図示を省略する
が同面積の無処理の種をまいた花壇とを作り、犬
3才ビーグル 〓、雑種猫2才 ♀を使用して花
壇が荒らされるかどうかを試験した。
(実験の結果)

By impregnating mineral granules, the sustainability of the medicinal effect is increased, and by packaging this repellent in breathable and waterproof paper laminated with a synthetic resin film with a water-repellent air-permeable membrane. The packaging is breathable and moisture permeable, and uses a water-repellent, air-permeable synthetic resin film with a large number of micropores that do not allow aqueous liquids to pass through, so it has long-lasting medicinal efficacy and is waterproof. This led to the completion of an ideal dog/cat repellent bag that can withstand rain and can be used for a long period of time. Furthermore, chili pepper tincture was added to the above-mentioned repellent to prevent accidental ingestion. 又、メントールは一般に薬用、製菓用、香料な
どに使用されて安全性には心配はない。
本考案の忌避用袋体は、前記の通り犬、猫に対
し、嫌悪性を有し、且つ比較的少量でその効果を
発揮し、薬効の持続性も良好である。
従つて、本考案の忌避用袋体は種子をまいた後
や、苗を植えた後の花壇の周囲に吊り下げたり、
地面に置くだけで犬猫のいたずらを防止すること
ができ、又犬猫の糞尿の被害を避けたい場所に直
接吊り下げて置くだけで忌避効果を発揮させる。
本考案の忌避用袋体は粒状で通気透湿性を有
し、容易に水性液体を通さない多数の孔を有する
撥水性透気膜からなる包装に封入されているの
で、防水性があり、雨に合つても効果が半減する
ことがなく、薬効の持続性は良好である。
更に野犬、番犬の不時の咬傷事故を予防するた
め、郵便配達人等或いは集金人の被服に忌避用袋
体を吊り下げて使用することも可能である。
又、猫嫌いの人は被服に忌避用袋体を吊り下げ
ておけば、猫が近づかず猫忌避用としても使用す
