Claims

[Scope of claim for utility model registration] (1) A tail pipe for discharging engine exhaust gas is fixedly attached to the upper bonnet, and the inner diameter of the lower end of the tail pipe is larger than the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe of the engine muffler. In an exhaust pipe device set in such a manner that the upper tip side of the exhaust pipe is positioned inside the lower end side of the tail pipe, the exhaust pipe is installed near the root of the muffler around the entire outer circumference of the exhaust pipe. A saucer member having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the tail pipe is provided, and a drain hole communicating between the inside of the saucer member and the inside of the exhaust pipe is provided in the exhaust pipe at a position close to the bottom surface inside the saucer member. An exhaust pipe device for construction machinery, characterized in that the exhaust pipe device is configured by drilling a hole in the pipe.
