燃料供給停止条件判別手段と、該燃料供給停止条
件検出手段により燃料供給停止制御を開始させる
所定の運転条件が検出されたときに前記燃料供給
手段による燃料供給を強制的に停止させる燃料供
給停止手段と、機関回転速度の減少率を検出する
回転速度減少率検出手段と、検出された回転速度
の減少率に基づいて燃料供給を再開させる機関回
転速度を設定する燃料供給再開条件設定手段と、
該燃料供給再開条件設定手段で設定した燃料供給
を再開させる機関回転速度以下に機関回転速度が
低下したときに前記燃料供給停止手段による燃料
供給停止制御を強制的に解除させる燃料供給停止
