Claims (1)
環状の冷却管と冷却用液体の収納された貯槽およ
び該冷却管と該貯槽を連結する２本のフレキシブ
ル管より成り、該貯槽に該冷却用液体を該輸送配
管内の流体の凍結が可能な温度に冷却する冷凍機
を連結するとともに該フレキシブル管を介して該
冷却用溶液体を該冷却管内と該貯槽内に循環させ
るようにし、該貯槽と該冷凍機を台車に積載して
所望の位置に移動可能とし、該フレキシブル管を
該冷却管または該貯槽と着脱可能にしてなること
