Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は測量図等の図表の作成方法に関し、一
般に普及した、トナー像を複写紙に転写する方式
の電子写真複写機を利用して厚紙等従来複写が困
難とされている紙材上に精度及び美感に秀れた図
表が容易且つ安価に得られることにその主たる特
色がある。
測量図等の図表は取扱い上及び美感上等の特別
な理由から厚紙等の特殊紙材上に作図を要求され
ることが多々ある。この場合、複写が困難である
ことから従来技術では量の多少に拘らず印刷等に
よつているが、かかる方法では多くの労力と共に
経済的負担が甚大となる。
本発明は上記実情に鑑みてなされたもので、以
下実施例の図面を基に詳細を説明する。
本発明は、まず、トナー像を複写紙に転写する
方式の電子写真複写機Ｍを利用して、剥離紙等の
表面付着物の離脱性に富んだ紙質の用紙を複写紙
２に用いて測量図等の図面の原図１を複写し、且
つその際トナー像の定着工程を除外して中間図３
を作成する（図面イ，ロ参照）。離脱性に富んだ
複写紙２には表面の平滑な剥離紙やプラスチツク
フイルム等が好ましい。又、トナー像の定着工程
を除外するのは、いうまでもなくトナー像の定着
を避けるためであるが、その具体的作業としては
電子写真複写機Ｍにおけるコピー操作の途中でト
ナー像の載つた剥離紙を定着工程に入る直前でス
イツチを切ることにより取り出せばよい。あらか
じめスイツチ回路を組み変えて定着工程の省略が
自動的に行えるようにできることもちろんであ
る。
即ち、これによつて当該中間図３は複写紙の離
脱性に加えトナー像の定着工程の除外から、その
線図が用紙に未定着の状態で形成されることにな
る。
次に、前記中間図３に粘着剤を塗付した透明又
は半透明状の粘着性フイルム４を貼り合せて後、
その表面を軽く押圧してトナー像を粘着性フイル
ム４側に転写させ、転写図４′を作成する。即ち、
前記中間図３の未定着性からそこに粘着性フイル
ム４′を重ねて押圧すると、その線図が容易に粘
着性フイルム４側へと転写されるのであり、さら
にその転写後フイルム４を引き剥がして転写図
４′を得る（図面ハ，ニ，ホ参照）。
そうして最後に、当該転写図４′を厚紙その他
所望の台紙５に接着させて目的の図表を得る（図
面ヘ参照）。この際、転写図は粘着性あるから接
着剤等は一切不要である。又、台紙５には、厚紙
の外、プラスチツク板、金属板、木板等種々の材
料が使用可能である。
本発明による図表の作成方法は以上の通りで、
これにより次の如き効果をもたらすことができ
る。
(A) 所期の目的通り、測量図等の図表のように複
写の困難な台紙に作図の要求される場合、電子
写真複写機を利用するだけで容易且つ安価に作
図できるので、その労力的、経済的メリツトが
きわめて大である。特に、少量作成の場合には
効果的である。
(B) 原図の修正が容易に行える。即ち、本発明の
中間図の段階において不適正な線図が添削でき
るので原図の不適正を直してより精密な図面に
補正が可能である。
(C) 作成された図面は耐久性及び美感に秀れる。
つまり、転写されたトナー像の線図はフイルム
の裏面（粘着剤側）となるので直接空気・水等
に触れることがなく耐久性、耐水性に富み、又
粘着性フイルムに淡い着色やぼかしを施せば美
感上の秀れた効果が得られる。
(D) 多用途に応用可能である。即ち、本発明は測
量図面の外、従来複写が困難とされていた材質
上に線図・文字・模様・写真図等を作図するこ
とが可能であり、この結果、粘着性転写図をプ
ラスチツク板・金属板・木製板等に粘着させ
て、広告・壁画・ポスター等多くの用途に応用
が可能である。
徐上の如く、本発明は手元にある電子写真複写
機を利用して数々の効果をもたらすきわめて有利
な発明である。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本発明方法の手順を示す工程図で、イが
複写の工程、ロが中間図、ハ，ニが転写工程、ホ
が転写図、ヘが完成図である。 Ｍ…電子写真複写機、１…原図、２…複写紙、
３…中間図、４…粘着性フイルム、４′…転写図、
５…台紙、６…完成図。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ トナー像を複写紙に転写する方式の電子写真
    複写機Ｍを利用して、まず離脱性に富んだ用紙を
    複写紙２に用いて、原図１をトナー像の定着工程
    を経ることなくトナー像を有する中間図３を作成
    し、次に前記中間図３に、粘着剤を塗付した透明
    又は半透明状の粘着性フイルム４を貼り合せた
    後、その表面を押圧して前記複写によるトナー像
    を粘着性フイルム４側に転写させて転写図４′を
    作成し、最後に前記転写図４′を任意の台紙５に
    接着させて得ることを特徴とする電子写真複写機
    利用による図表の作成方法。
