Claims (1)
- 固体基板と基板上に形成された膜とを有する被
検体の膜厚を測定する膜厚測定方法において、使
用する超音波センサを基板に対して密着せず最適
な位置に保持するためのセンサホルダー部と、３
本の高さ調節用の脚部を有するセンサ支え治具。
