抗体と基準抵抗とを直列接続する一方前記電気抵
抗体の温度補償抵抗と第1固定抵抗と第2固定抵
抗とを直列接続し、これら直列回路を並列接続し
て前記電気抵抗体と第2固定抵抗とが抵抗する辺
上に位置するようにブリツジ回路を構成し、該ブ
リツジ回路への供給電流をブリツジ回路の非平衡
電圧に基づいて制御し吸入空気流量に応じた電圧
をブリツジ回路から出力するようにした内燃機関
の吸入空気流量検出装置において、 前記電気抵抗体の抵抗値RHと基準抵抗の抵抗
値R3と温度補償抵抗の抵抗値RKと第1固定抵
抗の抵抗値R1と第2固定抵抗の抵抗値R2とが
R2・RH=R3(RK+R1)を略満足するよ
うに前記各抵抗値R1,R2,R3,RK,RH
を設定し、 かつ前記ブリツジ回路から出力された電圧の増
幅率を調整する増幅率調整手段と、前記ブリツジ
