Claims (1)
- 溶液試料のエーロゾルを供給する中心管と、プ
ラズマ炎形成用のアルゴン・ガスを供給する外管
と、プラズマ炎の外側に冷却用ガスを供給する最
外管とからなるプラズマ・トーチにおいて、最外
管先端を取り巻く誘導コイルの最下端と前記中心
管先端との間の距離Ｌを前記外管内径Ｄの１／２
以上になるように、前記最外管先端を延長したこ
とを特徴とするプラズマ・トーチ。
