<Prior art> For example, in a belt-type false twisting device, two adjacent wires intersect with each other and run in opposite directions.
A guide pipe for threading is provided between a belt-type false twisting device that nip yarn between endless belts of books to give a false twist, and a nip roller consisting of a pair of rollers located below the device. This prevents the yarn passing through the nip point from hitting the side edge of the endless belt by the balloon and strongly rubbing against the edge of the belt, causing the yarn to break and cause fuzz and loops. Now, if the thread breaks for some reason, the tip of the suction pipe is engaged with the lower end of the guide pipe for threading, and the suction force of the suction pipe is applied to the guide pipe for threading. He was suctioning the end of the body and making advances.

However, in the case of a belt-type false twisting device, an untwisting belt of an air spinning device, etc., if you want to position the tip of the guide pipe for threading sufficiently close to the nip point of the thread to ensure threading. However, fluff adheres to the threading guide pipe, resulting in deterioration of the quality of the thread. Therefore, if the distance between the nip point of the thread and the tip of the threading guide pipe is widened, the suction force of the threading guide pipe provided by the suction pipe will not act sufficiently on the nip point of the thread, and the thread It was acknowledged that there was a problem with not being able to fully intervene.

Therefore, the guide pipe for threading in this type of spinning device has an inner cylinder fitted into an outer cylinder with a sliding part that slides in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder, and during steady operation, the tip of the guide pipe is Although the guide pipe is located at a position away from the nip point of the thread, when the thread is cut, the inner cylinder of the guide pipe slides and extends on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder until its tip is as close to the nip point as possible; At the same time, the tip of the suction pipe that has been moved is moved and joined to the lower end of the guide pipe, and the suction force of the suction pipe is applied to the guide pipe, thereby exerting suction force on the yarn near the nip point of the yarn, and pulling it out. A threading guide pipe was also devised to ensure threading.

〓Problems to be solved by the invention〓 The guide pipe for threading is made expandable and retractable, and during steady operation, the tip of the guide pipe is located away from the nip point of the thread, and fluff adheres to the tip of the guide pipe. In addition, when the thread is cut, the guide pipe extends its tip to a position as close as possible to the nip point of the thread, and at the same time moves and engages the tip of the suction pipe with the lower end of the guide pipe. Then, the suction force of the suction pipe is applied to the guide pipe so that the suction force is exerted on the cut end of the thread. The suction force of the guide pipe strongly acts on the nip point of the thread and suctions the cut end of the thread. Although it has become possible to reliably thread the thread from the beginning, there are problems such as the fly fluff scattering when threading and the fly fluff adhering to the threading guide pipe, impairing the quality of the thread. It was not possible to completely remove the points.

〓Effect〓 The guide pipe for threading is extendable and retractable, and a notch groove is provided at the tip of the inner cylinder into which the belt intersection of the untwisting device is inserted, so that the tip of the pipe is kept away from the thread nip point during steady operation. However, when the thread is cut, the tip of the inner cylinder of the guide pipe stretches until it completely fits into the intersection of the belts, and at the same time, the lower end of the guide pipe is filled with the suction pipe that has moved. By movably joining the tips and applying the suction force of the suction pipe to the guide pipe, suction force is exerted on the yarn at the nip point of the yarn.

Now, when the thread 4 is cut due to some reason and threading is to be performed, a signal from a sensing device (not shown) is sent to the stepped portion 20 of the inner cylinder 12.
is introduced into the pump chamber 22 formed by contacting the bottom of the outer cylinder 10 through the introduction hole 23, presses the sliding part 11 against the biasing force of the spring 19, and pushes the inner cylinder 12 up. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the notched groove 18 at the tip of the inner cylinder 12 is inserted into the intersection of the belts 2 and 3. At the same time, the suction pipe 24 is rotated by the signal to fit the funnel-shaped tip 25 into the hemispherical bottom 13 of the outer cylinder 10, as shown in FIG. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the tip of the inner cylinder 12 of the threading guide pipe 9 is inserted into the notch groove 18 at the intersection of the belts 2 and 3 of the false twisting device 1, and the threading guide pipe 9 The suction force of the suction pipe 24 is applied inside the thread 4 to suction the cut end of the thread 4. Next, the suction pipe 24 rotates to the old position while gripping the thread end, and the thread 4 that has been picked out is nipped by the nip roller, completing threading.

As for the suction by the suction pipe 24, the conventional type in which the air inside the pipe is suctioned from the base of the suction pipe 24 by a suction device can be applied as is, but in particular, as shown in FIG. A conduit 26 is connected to the tip of the suction pipe 24, and an annular cavity 27 and an opening 28 that is connected to the cavity 27 and faces inward of the suction pipe 24.
The nozzle member 29 is connected to the suction pipe 2.
4 and blows out compressed air from the conduit 26 through the opening 28 into the suction pipe 24.
A strong suction force is generated at the tip opening of the suction pipe 24, and a strong suction force is exerted inside the threading guide pipe 9, thereby making it possible to more reliably thread the thread.

<Effects of the invention> As described in detail above, the yarn guide device in the spinning apparatus of this invention has a threading guide pipe provided with its end opening close to the belt intersection, and the belt is attached to the tip of the threading guide pipe. By providing a notched groove into which the intersection is inserted, the tip of the guide pipe is located away from the nip point of the thread during steady operation, which prevents fluff from adhering to the tip of the guide pipe. When the guide pipe is cut, the guide pipe extends until its tip fits into the nip point of the thread,
At the same time, the tip of the suction pipe is movably engaged with the lower end of the guide pipe to apply the suction force of the suction pipe to the guide pipe, so that the suction force is exerted on the cut end of the thread, so that the suction force of the guide pipe is It strongly acts on the nip point of the thread and suctions the cut thread end,
It is now possible to reliably thread the thread through the thread, increasing the success rate, and completely preventing the scattering of fluff during threading and the adhesion of fluff to the guide pipe.
