〈Summary of the idea〉 In this idea, multiple mullions extending vertically are attached to the base wall of the building, and blind timbers are connected between the mullions, and the exterior panel boards are suspended using the blind timbers. This suspension structure stably supports the exterior panel board, and by attaching the open cover material and the mullion cover material, the exterior panel board is pressed to the open cover material and the mullion material through the beads, and by this pressure welding. It is designed to have a waterproof structure.

It is a sectional view on the A line. 1 in the figure shows the base wall surface of the building. Fasteners 2 are attached to this base wall surface 1 with anchor bolts 3. The fasteners 3 are arranged and attached to the entire base wall surface 1 of the building in a grid pattern with predetermined intervals maintained in the vertical and horizontal directions. The figure shows only one fasuna part. A screw hole is provided in the fastener 3, a bolt 4 is screwed into the screw hole, and the mullion 5 is attached along the wall surface 1 by the bolt 4.

The mullions 5 are extended vertically, and rows of a plurality of mullions 5 are formed on the wall surface 1. The mullion 5 has a groove 5a in the center, and by inserting the head of a scaffold wall connecting bolt 6 into the groove 5a, a scaffold (not specifically shown) can be fixed to a building. Therefore, when attaching the mullions 5 while extending them sequentially upward, the scaffolding can be sequentially assembled upward. At this time, the scaffolding connecting bolt 6
are sequentially inserted into the grooves 5a of the mullions 5 at the joints of the mullions 5, and the scaffolds are supported by the scaffold connecting bolts 6, thereby preventing the scaffolds from falling outward.

The mullion 5 has a notch 5b as shown in FIG. 1, and the blind member 7 is engaged with the notch 5b. Seamless wood 7
is passed between adjacent rows of mullions 5, and its ends are inserted into notches 5b formed in the mullions 5. The blind material 7 has ridges 7a on the top and bottom for retaining the beats,
7b, and the bead 8 is fitted into and held in the notches 7a and 7b. It has an auxiliary protrusion 7c on the back side facing the beat holding protrusion 7b, and this protrusion 7c
A groove 9 is formed by the and protrusion 7b, and the cut portion of the notch 5b formed in the mullion 5 is inserted into this groove 9.
A blind timber 7 is constructed between the mullion timbers 5. As a precaution, the mullions 5 and the blind members 7 are sewn together using screws 11 to prevent the blind members 7 from coming out of engagement with the mullions 5.

When the blind cover material 13 is installed, the exterior panel board 1
2 is firmly supported by the blind member 7. Once the construction has progressed to this point, the scaffolding will be removed from above and the crimp material 15 (Fig. 2) will be attached to the mullion 5. That is, in order to attach this pressure bonding material 15, the scaffolding connecting bolt 6 is removed from the groove 5a of the mullion 5. This removal can be done by sliding the bolt 6 up or down and taking it out from the groove 5a at the joint of the mullion 5. After removing the scaffolding connecting bolts 6, attach the crimp material 15 to the screw 1.
Attach by step 6. The crimp material 15 is selected to be approximately equal to the arrangement interval of the blind members 7, and is attached each time the work of removing the scaffold connecting bolts 6 is completed.
The pressure welding material 15 has a bead 17, and this bead 1
7 (FIG. 2) brings the side edge of the exterior panel board 12 into pressure contact with a bead 18 (FIG. 2) attached to the mullion 5. A mullion cover material 19 is fitted onto the pressure bonding material 15. As shown in FIG. 1, a cutout 19 is formed in the mullion cover material 19 at a portion that is in contact with the open cover material 13, and the engagement of the cutout 19 with the open cover 13 causes the mullion cover 19 to move downward. I try not to let it fall off.

<Effects of the invention> As mentioned above, according to this invention, Fuasuna 3
Attach the mullions 5 to the wall, engage the blind members 7 in the notches 5a of the mullions 5, and support the blind members 7 by passing them between the mullions 5. Then, hook the exterior panel board 12 and hang it. In this state, the open cover material 13 and the pressure bonding material 15 are attached, and finally the mullion cover 19 is pressure bonded to complete the outer wall. In particular, construction is easy because the exterior panel board 12 is hooked and hung. In addition, since the wall thickness from the base wall surface 1 to the surface of the exterior panel board 12 can be made thinner, the distance between the building and the adjacent land can be increased, so that a new building can have a large floor area. In addition, in the case of renovation work, there is an advantage of being able to obtain a large space between adjacent buildings.

Furthermore, in this invention, a groove 5b is provided in the mullion 5, and the scaffold connecting bolt 6 is supported by this groove 5b, and the bolt 6 can be removed at the end of the construction work, so that the work of assembling the scaffolding becomes easier and the construction as a whole becomes easier. It is possible to obtain an easy outer wall structure.

Further, according to this invention, the exterior panel board 12 has a waterproof structure because its four circumferences are sandwiched between beads 8 and 14 and 17 and 18. Further, since the exterior panel board 12 is not fixed with screws, even if it expands and contracts somewhat due to temperature changes, no excessive force is applied locally due to the expansion and contraction deformation. Therefore, the outer wall surface can be kept stable for a long period of time.
