受ける位置で固定される受光素子と、 少なくとも光ビーム走査方向に対応した方向に
受光素子をスライドさせる受光素子位置調整機構
と、 少なくともスライド可能範囲内の任意の位置で
受光素子を固定する固定機構 とを具備することを特徴とする光ビーム走査位置
検出装置。
