CONSTITUTION:Fabric is coated wholly, linearly, spotlike or patternlike with adhesive mixed with fine ceramic powder to form a layer having a thickness of predetermined degree. Then, after short fiber is blocked to the surface coated with the adhesive by an electrostatic piling unit, it is dried. Then, the adhesive layer adheres to the fabric, and solidified in a state that the fiber is planted to the surface. When this fabric is worn, human skin is not inflamed since the short fiber is directly brought into contact with the skin.
