Prior Art and Problems A warp oil agent is blended into a warp sizing agent and is used to impart cohesiveness and lubricity to warp yarns during weaving.
Generally, the warp treatment liquid is made by boiling corn starch or the like in boiling water to gelatinize it, then adding polyvinyl alcohol (hereinafter referred to as "PVA"), acrylic glue, etc. to the warp thread treatment liquid, which contains wax, etc. at a temperature of several tens of degrees. Prepared by dissolving and decomposing warp oil (solid).

Since the preparation of the warp treatment liquid described above is an on-site work, in order to streamline measurement and other procedures, the warp oil agent is

However, in order to form the warp oil into a block or plate shape, it is necessary to pour the warp oil containing the seed components into a tray and leave it for about a day and night to cool and solidify. It is extremely inefficient in terms of personnel, space, and time to pour a fixed amount of molten warp oil into trays, arrange them on shelves at regular intervals, and leave them for a long time in order to increase cooling efficiency.

On the other hand, although the method of supplying the warp oil in the form of flakes has a higher efficiency of cooling and solidifying the warp oil than the method of supplying it in the form of plates, it also takes a considerable amount of time to pack into cooling bags, and in addition, it requires equipment to form cooling flakes. It takes. More importantly, since the flakes are packaged in polyethylene bags, the polyethylene bags must be torn when added to the warp paste, which is troublesome and causes a lot of dissatisfaction at the site.

The water-soluble resin film used in the present invention itself is made of PVA, acrylic glue, which is used as a warp glue, such as polyacrylate, partially saponified polyacrylic acid ester, or acrylic acid/methacrylic acid copolymer. Examples include salts or partially saponified esters thereof, salts or partially saponified products of copolymers of acrylic acid and maleic acid, sebacic acid, itaconic acid, or esters thereof.

These water-soluble resin films, which are used as glue for warp threads, can be used without tearing or throwing them away.
Even if it is added to a warp sizing agent together with a warp oil agent, it will not have any adverse effect on the weaving process because it itself acts as a warp sizing agent. As the water-soluble resin film, one that is not generally used as a sizing agent for warp threads may be used. In this case as well, since the amount of film is extremely small compared to the amount of warp oil, there is no adverse effect even if the warp oil is mixed into the sizing agent in its packaged state. Examples of such water-soluble resins include CMC and methyl cellulose.

Preferred water-soluble resins are resins that are themselves used in warp sizing agents, such as PVA and acrylic sizing agents. In particular, PVA is preferred because it is easy to package and allows a relatively thin and strong film to be obtained. A partially saponified or completely saponified PVA having a molecular weight of about 500 to 2,200 is particularly preferable.

To package warp oil with water-soluble resin, fill a water-soluble resin bag of a predetermined size with molten warp oil prepared at a temperature below the temperature at which the bag will not melt, for example 80°C. Pour a certain amount of liquid into the bag and seal the opening of the bag with a heat seal or the like. The sealing method is not limited as long as it can seal the water-soluble resin. For example, water or hot water may be applied to the opening and pressed.

Example Prescription Kg Crystalline paraffin (125〓) 500 Hardened beef tallow oil 300 Ether type nonionic surfactant 50 Ester type nonionic surfactant 150 1000Kg The above ingredients were placed in a jacket and a mixing tank with a stirrer, and stirred at 90℃ for 2 hours. , a warp oil was prepared. This was cooled to 60°C, and at that temperature, a PVA bag (degree of polymerization: 1700, thickness: 50 μm, size: 230
× 250 × 20 m / m) was filled with 1 kg each, using heat sealer manufactured by Orihiro Co., Ltd.
The opening of the bag was crimped and sealed from both sides at 160°C.
The time required for the above steps was 4 hours. The production time was significantly shortened compared to the conventional method of pouring into a tray and forming into a plate, which required one day and night to obtain the same size, and the method of obtaining packaged flakes, which required about one day.

Water-soluble resin film packaging warp oil agent obtained above
10kg was directly put into a warp sizing agent made by gelatinizing 40kg of PVA (partially saponified product with a degree of polymerization of 1000), 65kg of starch (corn starch), and 15kg of acrylic glue using 1000% water at 60°C, and dissolved and dispersed. After that, the warp yarns were treated at 90°C using this. No abnormality was observed in the treated warp, and when weaving using this warp,
No difference was observed at all compared to when a warp oil agent not wrapped in a water-soluble resin film was used.

Effects of the invention The water-soluble resin film packaging warp oil of the present invention can reduce manufacturing time compared to conventional plate-shaped warp oil or polyethylene packaging warp oil. Furthermore, when this is used for warp processing, it can be directly added to the warp sizing agent without removing the packaging, resulting in significant labor savings at the warp processing site.
