Claims (1)
- 超電導線が軸方向に並べて巻回された層を半径
方向に複数層積層してなる円筒状の超電導コイル
の所定の層間に設けられる加熱器であつて、軸方
向に近接して並べられた２本の金属箔で往復回路
を形成してなることを特徴とする超電導コイルの
クエンチ用加熱器。
