Claims (1)
- 所定の幅の条導体または箔導体を内側から外側
方向に巻回し積層してなる単位コイルの所定数を
軸方向に所定の間隔を隔てて積み重ね、隣接する
単位コイルの一方の巻終わり導体と他方の巻き始
め導体とを電気的に接続して前記複数の単位コイ
ルを直列接続することにより１つのコイルを形成
して一体に樹脂モールドしてなるモールド巻線に
おいて、単位コイルの巻終わり導体を巻方向に対
して直角に折り曲げて軸方向に向けて内側に曲げ
下ろし、更にコイル巻回積層方向に直角に折り曲
げて前記単位コイルに隣接する単位コイルの巻き
始め導体としたことを特徴とするモールド巻線。
