Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a multiple warp woven fabric ground similar to a combination-weave ground woven by a jacquard machine, etc., using a normal weaving machine by arranging warps of respective rows forming woven stripes in the warp direction in a stack state every plural number and then crosswise inserting weft thereinto. CONSTITUTION:A pair of heald units 1 and 1 which are oppositely arranged before and behind and given vertical movements in the mutually reverse directions are respectively equipped with healds 11, 11,... having plural mails 12, 12,... for insertion of warp in such way that the healds are vertically arranged to make a line. Warps (W), (W),... are inserted into the respective mails, 12, 12,... for insertion of the warps in a prescribed order and arranged in a stack state every plural number. Thereby the shedding by operation of the heald units 1 and 1 is carried out in such a state that warps (W), (W),... of respective rows are mutually piled every plural number.

C. Prior Art and Technical Problems to be Solved] A textile fabric woven with two or more warps and/or wefts is called a layered fabric (cotnbination weave).
), and three types are conventionally known: single layer structure, double layer structure, and multilayer structure. However, these layered fabrics are similar to dobby (dobbyNH machine) and jacquard (jacqud) fabrics.
ard) Since weaving cannot be done without using a special loom such as a loom, the cost is high due to the cost of designing pattern cards, etc., and the production efficiency is low.The current situation in the weaving industry is that speeding up is required. It could not be said that it could adequately cope with the situation.

The present invention was made in view of the fact that the conventional process of +aA weaving of layered fabrics and the looms used to weave the same had problems in terms of production efficiency and production cost, as described above. It is possible to weave with ordinary looms (including shuttle looms, rapier looms, and jet looms) without using special looms such as Dobby Ia machines and Jacquard looms that use equipment, and it is possible to weave with the above-mentioned layered looms. The technical problem is to provide a new type of multi-warp woven fabric that responds to the above-mentioned problems.

First, the present invention is based on the technical premise of a conventionally well-known woven fabric that is organized by intersecting warp and weft threads, and arranges a plurality of warp threads in each row in a stacked manner to form warp weaving lines. By adopting a method of cross-inserting the weft yarns by using a loom, it was possible to create a multi-warp woven fabric that is almost the same as the layered fabric woven using conventional dobby or jacquard looms. A warp overlapping shedding method in which the warp threads are branched vertically by healds, and when inserting the weft threads into the opened sheds, a plurality of warps in each row from the warp beam are stacked at the heddle and branched all at once. By using one method, we were able to realize a method that can weave multi-warp fabrics using a normal heddle control mechanism without using special heddle control mechanisms such as dobby or jacquard, and furthermore, A heald device that vertically branches the warp threads sent out from the warp beam in an aligned manner; a weft insertion device that inserts the weft threads into the opened shed; a beating device that beats the inserted weft threads against the fabric; In a conventionally well-known loom equipped with a cloth winding beam that winds up the fabric that is sequentially woven in the weaving front, it is possible to produce multi-warp fabrics by providing a plurality of means called warp insertion mails in each of the healds in the heddle device. ! They created a loom that could weave.

Next, a description will be given of FIG. 2 showing a multi-warp woven fabric (in this example, a double-warp woven fabric) produced by the above-described example loom. A polyester thread W1 and a cotton thread W2 are used, and they are arranged in a stacked manner such that the polyester thread W1 is exposed on the upper surface of the front side of the fabric, and the cotton thread W1 is exposed on the lower surface of the back side of the fabric. has been done. Therefore, since the cotton yarn 6 is exposed on the back side of the woven fabric of this example, it has good moisture absorption and sweat absorption properties, and since the polyester yarn 1 is exposed on the front side, it has a smooth feel and is suitable for printing, etc. It has the characteristic that it is easy to apply patterns. In addition, the code|symbol Y in the same figure shows a weft.
