したことを特徴とする水晶振動子。 (2) クロムと銀とを混合した電極層の上に、ニ
ツケル又はニツケルよりも溶融点温度の高い金属
よりなる被覆層を形成した請求項1に記載の水晶
振動子。 (3) 水晶片の表面に少なくとも一対の電極とリ
ード部とを設けた水晶振動子片を、容器内に収納
するとともに容器を高温で封着し、リード部と容
器外に設けた外部端子とを接続した水晶振動子に
おいて、 電極及びリード部を、クロムからなる下地メツ
キ層を介して又は直接に水晶片上に設けられると
ともに銀又は金よりなる電極層と、該電極層上に
設けられるとともにニツケル又はニツケルより溶
融点温度の高い金属よりなる被覆層とで形成した
ことを特徴とする水晶振動子。

にクロムと銀とを混合した電極層とによつて形成
したことを特徴とする水晶振動子。 (2) クロムと銀とを混合した電極層の上に、ニ
ツケル又はニツケルよりも溶融点温度の高い金属
よりなる被覆層を形成した請求項1に記載の水晶
振動子。 (3) 水晶片の表面に少なくとも一対の電極とリ
ード部とを設けた水晶振動子片を、容器内に収納
するとともに容器を高温で封着し、リード部と容
器外に設けた外部端子とを接続した水晶振動子に
おいて、 電極及びリード部を、クロムからなる下地メツ
キ層を介して又は直接に水晶片上に設けられると
ともに銀又は金よりなる電極層と、該電極層上に
設けられるとともにニツケル又はニツケルより溶
融点温度の高い金属よりなる被覆層とで形成した
ことを特徴とする水晶振動子。
