Description
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、コナダニ類、チヤタテムシなど人の
居住場所に生息する害虫に対する防虫紙に関す
る。
[従来の技術]
近時、建築構造の変化に伴ない、通気性が悪化
したり、室温が余り変化しないなど人の居住環境
が変化してきた。そのために、従来から生息する
コナダニ類のほかに、最近ではチヤタテムシ、ヒ
ヨウヒダニなどがカーペツトや畳の内部、家具類
の下側又は押入の内部などに住みつくようになつ
てきた。これらの害虫は人体に種々の悪影響を与
え、特にダニ類は人の体液を吸うのみならず、ヒ
ヨウヒダニにおいてはゼンソクの原因ともなる。
そして、これらの害虫に対して防虫効果を有する
ものとしては、種々の殺虫剤や殺虫剤を含浸させ
たテープなどが知られている。
[考案が解決しようとする問題点]
殺虫剤を使用する場合においては、燻蒸用のも
のは防虫し得る範囲は広いがその効果が持続しな
いし、散布用のものは防虫効果が長続きしないと
ともに畳、カーペツト、家具類の下側へ散布する
には不便である。また、殺虫剤を含浸させたテー
プによれば、防虫効果は持続するが、その効果は
テープを配置した周辺に限られるし、広範囲に配
置する場合は高価となる。
そこで、本考案は、上記の問題点を解決し、安
価で、使用方法が簡便であり、かつ、防虫効果が
持続する防虫手段を提供することを目的とするも
のである。
[本考案の解決手段]
本考案の防虫紙は、尿素系樹脂を混入して抄紙
され、かつ表面に縦、横二方向の突条を有するク
ラフト紙の少なくとも前記表面に、ダイアジノン
およびフエニトロチオン又はフエンチオンの少な
くとも一種を付着してなるものである。
[作用]
本考案に係る防虫紙は、表面に縦、横二方向に
突条を有するクラフト紙を使用し、その表面に殺
虫剤を塗布しているので、塗布された殺虫剤は長
時間にわたつて、縦、横の突条の間に形成された
凹状部分に滞留する。この部分は凹状に形成され
ているので、全体が平面状である場合に比べて付
着した殺虫剤は発散しにくい。また、この凹部で
は突条部に比べて殺虫剤が多量に付着しているの
で薬効が長時間にわたつて持続する。さらに、製
紙工程において尿素系樹脂を混入しているので毛
細管現象が発生しにくく、そのために、塗布後含
浸した殺虫剤の発散が抑えられる。
[実施例]
以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
る。10は本考案になるクラフト紙であつて、通
常の製紙工程に次の工程を付加することにより製
造される。まず、抄紙する前に、原料パルプに対
して1〜1.5%の尿素系樹脂を混入しておく。湿
紙状態の時に周知の方法によつてクラフト紙10
の表面に横方向にしわ状の突条14を設け、その
後乾燥させる。乾燥後にクラフト紙10にエンボ
ス加工を施して、クラフト紙10の表面の縦方向
の突条16を、裏面に縦方向の線状の凹部17を
設ける。
次に殺虫剤の塗布について説明する。第1の実
施例においては、縦、横二方向に突条を有するク
ラフト紙10の表面12に殺虫剤20としてダイ
アジノンを0.8g/m2塗布する。塗布されたダイ
アジノンはクラフト紙10の表面12に均一に滞
留するのではなくて、横方向の突条14と縦方向
の突条16との間に凹部18に多量に滞留する。
そのために、ダイアジノンは突条14,16より
も凹部18に多量に付着している。
以下、第1の実施例になる防虫紙のケナガコナ
ダニ及びコナヒヨウヒダニに対する防虫効果を表
わす試験データを示す。試験は培地混入法によつ
て次式で表わす増殖抑制率を求めた。
増殖抑制率=(C−T/C)×100
C:対照区の単位重量当りのダニ数
T:処理区の単位重量当りのダニ数
その結果は、第1表及び第2表に示すように、
ダイアジノン160ppmの場合でケナガコナダニの
植付け2週間の増殖抑制率は99.93%であり、コ
ナヒヨウヒダニの植付け8週間の増殖抑制率は
100%であつた。

なお、第1の実施例のように、ダイアジノンを
クラフト紙10の表面12に塗布する場合は裏面
にプラスチツクフイルムをラミネート加工すると
次のような利点がある。すなわち、プラスチツク
フイルムが防湿性を有するのでクラフト紙10は
裏面からの湿気を帯びにくい。そのために、塗布
した殺虫剤の薬効が長続きするとともにクラフト
紙10の突条14,16が長期にわたつて変形し
にくい。
前記実施例においては塗布する殺虫剤20はダ
イアジノンのみであつたが、第2の実施例におい
てはこれに代えて、クラフト紙10の表面12に
はダイアジノンを0.8g/m2、裏面にはフエニト
ロチオンを1.5g/m2塗布しても良い。この場合
は、第1の実施例と同様にクラフト紙10の表面
12の凹部18にダイアジノンが多量に付着する
とともに、裏面の線状の凹部17にもフエニトロ
チオンが多量に付着するのでこれらの殺虫剤は発
散しにくい。。
以下、第2の実施例になる防虫紙のコナヒヨウ
ヒダニに対する防虫効果を表わす試験データを示
す。試験は第1の実施例の場合と同様に増殖抑制
率を求めたが、その結果は、第3表に示すよう
に、ダイアジノン64ppm、フエニトロチオン
120ppmで植付け8週後の増殖抑制率は100%であ

つて、第2の実施例の殺虫剤の塗布量を少し減少
させても防虫紙として有効と考えられ、例えば、
ダイアジノンを0.5g/m2、フエニトロチオンを
1.0g/m2塗布させても充分と考えられる。なお、
第2の実施例のフエニトロチオンに代えてフエン
チオンを塗布するならばフエンチオンはフエニト
ロチオンに比べて殺虫力が大であるからいつそう
大きな防虫効果を発揮し得る。
なお、前記実施例においては原料パルプに対し
て1〜1.5%の尿素系樹脂を混入したが、この混
入割合はこの範囲に限定されるものではなく、毛
細管現象の発生を有効に防止し、含浸した殺虫剤
の発散が抑制される範囲内で適宜選択し得る。
以下、本考案に係る防虫紙の使用例を示す。畳
の上にカーペツトを敷く場合には第2の実施例に
なる防虫紙が好適である。すなわち、畳とカーペ
ツトの間に防虫紙の表面を上にして挿入すると、
畳床に生息しているケナガコナダニなどは畳の表
面に出てきたときに防虫紙の裏面に塗布したフエ
ニトロチオンによつて殺虫され、カーペツトに生
息するコナヒヨウヒダニなどはカーペツトに潜む
ときに防虫紙の表面に塗布したダイアジノンによ
つて殺虫される。
また、畳の製作時又は表替時に、畳表と畳床と
の間に第1又は第2の実施例になる防虫紙を配置
しておけば防虫紙を敷く手間が省かれる。
さらに、ホテル、病院、事務所などコンクリー
トの上に直接カーペツトを敷く場合には、第1の
実施例の変更例である防虫紙が好適である。すな
わち、カーペツトの下側に防虫紙の表面を上にし
て挿入すると、カーペツトに潜む害虫は防虫紙の
表面に塗布したダイアジノンによつて殺虫され、
コンクリートによつてもたらされる湿気は防虫紙
の裏面にラミネートしたプラスチツクフイルムに
よつて遮断される。
[考案の効果]
本考案の防虫紙においては、殺虫剤が縦、横二
方向の突条に囲まれた凹部において多量に付着し
ているので薬効が長く持続するとともに、尿素系
樹脂を混入して抄紙しているので含浸した殺虫剤
の発散が抑えられるために、防虫効果が長期間に
わたつて持続する。また、本考案の防虫紙は所望
の場所に敷くだけで防虫効果が得られるので使用
方法が簡便であるとともに、安価でもある。さら
に、本考案の防虫紙は縦、横二方向に突条が設け
られているので、クツシヨン性が良く強度に富む
とともに人が畳、カーペツトの上を歩行しても紙
特有の音がしないので、使用していても、不快感
