  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 非磁性材をもつて軸部１を形成すると共に、
    該軸部１の外周面の内で磁性流体シール８に対応
    する部分に、磁性材の薄肉状の磁性流体保持輪１
    ２を被覆したスピンドルモータ。 ２ メツキによつて磁性流体保持輪１２を形成し
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスピンド
    ルモータ。 ３ 金属蒸着によつて磁性流体保持輪１２を形成
    した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスピン
    ドルモータ。 ４ 帯状片を曲げて軸部１の外周面の一部に巻設
    して磁性流体保持輪１２を形成した実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のスピンドルモータ。 ５ 磁性流体シール８の最外面１６よりも軸心方
    向の内方へ僅かに位置をずらせて、又は、該最外
    面１６と軸心方向に同一位置として、磁性流体保
    持輪１２の外端縁部１７を配設した実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のスピンドルモータ。 ６ 磁性流体１１を軸部１の回転により非飛散方
    向へ誘引する傾斜状小凹溝１９…を、磁性流体保
    持輪１２の表面に形成した実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のスピンドルモータ。
