熱防止機能を説明するための説明図を示す。 図中、１は正特性サーミスタ、２は凹部、３は
ブラシ基部、４はコミテータ、５は回転子巻線、
１０はモータ蓋板、１１はターミナル、１２はブ
ラシ、１３は軸受、１４はモータ軸、１５は回転
子コア、１６はモータ・ケース、１７は永久磁石
を表す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端に開口部を有する金属製のモータ・ケース
の内周面に界磁形成用の永久磁石を有する固定子
と回転子コアに複数個の回転子巻線が巻回されて
なる回転子とをそなえ、上記金属製のモータ・ケ
ースの開口部に嵌入された合成樹脂製のモータ蓋
板に支持された給電用の一対のブラシに摺動接触
するコミテータを介して上記回転子巻線に電流を
供給するよう構成されると共に、上記回転子巻線
に対する電流を制御する正特性サーミスタをそな
えた小型モータにおいて、 上記モータ蓋板は、モータ・ケースとの接触部
分に上記正特性サーミスタを収容する凹部をそな
え、 上記一対のブラシのうち何れか一方のブラシの
基部が、上記凹部の底面と上記凹部に収容される
正特性サーミスタとにより挟圧されかつ当該正特
性サーミスタが上記モータ・ケースと接触するよ
う上記モータ蓋板がモータ・ケースの開口部に嵌
入されるよう構成されると共に、 電源の一方の極から上記正特性サーミスタとモ
ータ・ケースとを介して上記一方のブラシに給電
されている ことを特徴とする正特性サーミスタをそなえた
小型モータ。
