Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ バルブ設置面に開口する複数の通路と、連設
面間を貫通し上記通路に各別に連通する複数の流
体流路とを備えたバルブ取付台の複数個を、連結
手段によつて連結するバルブ用マニホールドにお
いて、 上記連結手段が、上記流体流路に遊挿可能な連
結棒と、該連結棒の端部に螺合する締付部材を備
えている、 ことを特徴とするバルブ用マニホールド。 ２ 流体流路と連結棒の間に、該流路を区分する
分割弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載
したバルブ用マニホールド。
