されると共に該パネルが前記開口を閉塞する位置
にあるときに前記開口の縁部に密接する第１のシ
ール部材と、 前記周縁部の前記第１のシール部材よりも後側
に設けられると共に前傾するリツプ状の第２のシ
ール部材と、 前記両シール部材の間に郭成され側方に延在す
る排水溝とを有することを特徴とするサンルーフ
