Conventionally, the holding clamp for the part where the jumper wire is connected to the power supply is generally of the type that grips and holds the wire with a wedge, for example, a third clamp.
The type shown in the figure is often used, and there is also a type of retaining clamp that grips the electric wire by compression, as shown in Figure 4.

Conventional retaining clamps are constructed as described above, so the compression type shown in Figure 4 has a relatively simple external shape, but the wedge type shown in Figure 3 has a very uneven external shape and is large. Moreover, if there are a plurality of covers, especially if they are installed above a city, the size of the covers will increase and the scenery will be spoiled. Moreover,
In order to increase the gripping force on the wire, the wedge becomes larger and the detention clamp itself, as well as the cover, becomes larger.

It requires skill to work, especially on pillars.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional restraining clamps, has a simple appearance, is formed so as not to spoil the scenery, is easy to insert electric wires, has a small number of parts, and does not fall off. The object of the invention is to obtain a wire holding clamp which is curved at an angle and whose opening is perpendicular to the plane having said angle over its entire length. A main body having a groove portion having a C-shaped cross section for compressing and fixing an electric wire inserted at both ends, and a connecting member detachably and axially adjustable attached to the clamp body approximately coaxially with one of the curved grooves. The present invention provides a wire retaining clamp comprising:

Since the present invention is configured as described above,
When installing the electric wire, after inserting the electric wire from the side into the horizontally opened groove of the clamp body, compress and fix the electric wire at the C-shaped cross section at both ends of the groove.
The connecting member is then attached to fixed equipment and secured.

The groove 2 is provided facing the direction.
2, there are span side compression parts 24 formed with a C-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 1B to compress and fix the electric wires 23 on the span side. A jumper side compression section 26 of the same shape is formed for fixing, and the span side compression section 24 is formed longer.

One end of the connecting member 28 passes through the hole 27 and engages with nuts 29 and 30 provided on both sides of the hole 27. Also,
The other end of the connecting member 28 is formed so that it can be fastened to a fixed facility. Then, by loosening one of the nuts 29, 30 and screwing the other, the clamp body 1 is moved to the right or left in the figure,
This increases or weakens the tension of the wires in the span.

This prevents the clamp body 21 from elongating or bending which occurs when the compression portion is compressed and fixed, thereby enabling stable compression. Furthermore, this divider 31 also serves as a compression mark during compression. Such a split 31 is particularly effective in the case of an aluminum clamp in which the compression portion 24 undergoes a large elongation deformation due to compression fixation and has a large effect on the surrounding area. Also, the bend prevention member 32 is made of aluminum even when the electric wire is a copper wire. In the case of a wire, it is also highly effective in preventing bending of the span-side compressed portion 24 of the clamp body 21.

Since the electric wire retention clamp of the present invention is constructed as described above, it has an extremely simple shape and is smart, and as a result, the cover can be made smaller. It became optimal as a clamp and extremely desirable from an aesthetic point of view. Moreover, the opening of the groove where the electric wire is inserted or taken out is
Since the groove is perpendicular to the curved and angled surface, the wire can be inserted and removed from the side freely without being obstructed by connecting parts, etc. Therefore, it is also possible to first connect the wire restraining clamp to a fixed object such as an insulator device in the air, or to temporarily attach it to the wire and then secure it to the fixed object later. Become. Furthermore, if the wire has been extended over its entire length in advance, there is no need to pull the wire through the end of the wire retention clamp beforehand, and the wire retention clamp can be easily installed at the installation location. It also allows you to insert or temporarily fasten wires into clamps that have been pre-attached to insulator devices in the air, without removing the clamps.
The work is extremely simple and easy, and it is extremely easy to insert the wire into the groove, especially the part that is bent and inserted, and the wire can be temporarily held in the groove because the groove is oriented horizontally. As a result, the compression and fixing work at both ends of the groove becomes easy. Furthermore, since the wires are compressed and fixed at both ends of the groove in the clamp body, a stable gripping force can be provided, and since all the components are carried, installed, and used while assembled, there is no chance of parts falling off. Therefore, there is no risk of loss, falling, etc. Furthermore, since the number of parts is reduced and the structure is simplified, it has many effects such as being advantageous in terms of management and manufacturing and greatly contributing to cost reduction.
なお、両圧縮部の圧縮は、地上はもとより、柱
上においても容易である。 Note that compression of both compression parts is easy not only on the ground but also on a column.
