Metal form formwork has the advantage of being more durable and can be reused more often than plywood formwork, but when reusing it, tension bolt holes and other small openings are often closed. There are two types of hole plugs: drive-in plugs and removable plugs, and the latter has the advantage of being more versatile and more economical than the former, and is not dependent on the size of the hole, so it is versatile. As shown in FIG. 1, there is a conventional detachable plug system in which plate springs 12, 12' are attached to the back surface of a metal disk 11 in the form of whiskers extending from the center to the left and right.

1 is fixed inside the hole 13a. By the way, as the number of times this conventional hole filling material is reused increases, the spring 1
The elasticity of the springs 12, 12' decreases, and there is a risk that the springs 12, 12' may come out inward from the holes 13a and be left behind in the frame when the mold is removed. Further, since the thickness of the formwork 13 that provides appropriate elasticity for the springs 12, 12' is quite limited, a thick face plate such as a plywood formwork cannot be used.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional example,
It can be used in many ways, and can be reliably attached with strong force regardless of the thickness of the formwork face plate. In addition, each component can be replenished, so there is no waste, and it is easy to install and remove holes in concrete formwork. The aim is to provide materials.

However, according to the present invention, the purpose of the lever is to include a thin plate with a bolt hanging from its center, a washer through which the bolt penetrates and a protruding part for preventing slippage protruding from the surface opposite to the thin plate, and a washer to which the bolt is attached. This is achieved by combining it with a screwing means that presses along.

It is a thin plate of about 100 mL, consisting of a metal disc, made of copper or aluminum. For example, in the case of a copper plate, the surface may be aluminized, or other metal plates may be coated with a heat-welded synthetic resin.

These punched out parts 5, 5' connect the washer 3 to the bolt 2.
When fitted into the plate, it protrudes from the surface facing the plate 1, and its protrusion length is approximately 2 mm, which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the hole in the formwork that is to be filled in the mutual interval between the protrusions 5 and 5'. make it a thing.

Furthermore, the plate 1 may be formed into a gently concave shape as a whole so that the right side is concave in FIG. If formed, a spring effect can be exerted when brought into contact with the formwork face plate as described later.

The figure is a perspective view showing an example of use in a metal form formwork 13. To close the hole 13a, place the plate 1 from the concrete pouring side, fit the washer 3 onto the bolt 2 that protrudes through it from the opposite side, Furthermore butterfly nut 6
Screw them together and tighten. In this way, as shown in FIG. 7, the circumference of the hole 13a of the formwork 13 is narrowed by the thin plate 1 and the washer 3, and the hole 13a is tightly closed by the thin plate 1. In addition, the punching part 5,
5' is inserted into the hole 13a to prevent the whole from shifting, but if one of 5, 5' is in contact with the edge of the hole 13a, the effect of preventing shifting can be achieved. Even if the hole 13a is relatively large, no inconvenience will occur. Further, when the thin plate 1 is curved into a concave shape, the peripheral edge can be brought into close contact with the formwork 13, so that it is possible to prevent concrete slag from seeping out.

As mentioned above, the concrete formwork hole filling material of the present invention is strong and can be used in many ways because it uses bolts to tighten, and can be used not only for metal forms such as metal forms but also for thick plywood molds. It can also be used for frames, and can be attached reliably with strong force regardless of the thickness of the frame face plate. In addition, since component parts can be replenished, there is little waste, and attachment/detachment work can be done quickly and easily.
