産業上の利用分野
本考案は、コンクリートの打設に用いた型枠
を、コンクリート成型物から取り外すための離型

解決すべき問題点
上記のような型枠の取外しを行うと、特に金属

く、更に金てこ棒などによつて打設されたコンク
リート面に細かな傷ができてしまい、コンクリー
ト仕上げ面の美観が損なわれてしまう欠点があつ

自在に遊嵌しており、前記案内棒の他端には、前
記ハンマが衝突するための衝突部が突設されて成
るコンクリート型枠離型器具にあり、該離型器具
のハンマの衝撃力によつて型枠パネルを瞬時に離
型することにより、打設コンクリート面には何ら
悪影響を及ぼすことなく、しか高価な金属製型枠
パネルの反復使用を可能にしたものである。以
下、実施例について図面を参照しながら詳述す

1aとが一体的に設けられて成るもので、その中
心軸に沿つて穿設された貫通孔5か前記案内棒2
に遊嵌することにより、案内棒に沿つて、係止部
3と衝突部4との間を移動することができるよう
に構成されて成るものである。本願器具の使用方
法を説明すると、たとえば第2図に示すような、
鋼製型枠パネル(いわゆるメタルホーム)10の
立ち上げ縁11に設けられている型枠接合金具
(たとえばUクリツプ)12用の孔13,13,
…や、或はメタルホーム10のリブ14に設けた
透孔15,15,…等に、U字形の係止部3を挿
入して掛け止めする。ついでハンマ1の把手部1
aを握り、型枠10の離脱方向に向けて、ハンマ
1を案内棒2に沿つて急速にスライドさせること
によつて、衝突部4をハンマ1で叩くと、衝突部
4に加えられた強大な衝撃力が、案内棒を介し型
枠10に作用することにより、型枠はきわめて容

条体26が固着されており、該ワイヤのもう一方
の端には、前記型枠などに引掛けて係止するため
の鉤型の係止部23がとりつけられて成るもので
ある。この場合には可撓条体26より、係止部2
3から衝突部24までの長さを、あまり重量を増
すことなく延長できるるので、大型の型枠の場合
など離型の際作業者側に倒れてきて危険な場合な
どには、離れて作業ができるので有利である。
又、衝突部24は衝突時にハンマ21の貫通孔の
拡大径部25中に嵌入するので作業者の袖口など
が挾まれたりすることが少ない。ハンマの形状
は、上例に限らず必要な衝撃力を発生できるもの

本考案に係るコンクリート等の型枠離型器具
は、全重量をおよそ3〜8Kg位の範囲で製造して
おけば殆んど、すべての型枠の取外し作業に、本
願器具を片手で操作することにより、簡単に行う
ことができる。したがつて高所作業や足場の悪い
場所或は地下工事などの狭い場所でも、その取外
し作業は安全で容易である。又、型枠の取外しに
際して、型枠自体を損傷したり、変形せしめるこ
とが皆無なので、型枠の長期間にわたる反復使用
を可能にすると共に、コンクリート成形物の表面
に傷をつけてしまうなどの悪影響を何ら及ぼさな
