The present invention was arrived at as a result of various studies in view of the above circumstances, and its gist is that the outer layer has a surface hardness of 30
Below, ethylene with a vinyl acetate content of 10 to 20% by weight
It is a composition layer made of a vinyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer elastomer, and the inner layer is a hollow laminate made of a synthetic resin layer with a stiffness of 9000 Kg/cm 2 or more and an Izod impact value of 15 Kg cm/cm or more. This is a multilayer hollow molded product characterized by being formed into a shape.

The surface hardness of the outer layer of the multilayer hollow molded product of the present invention is 30 or less, which is less than the value determined by ASTM D-2240 Shore D, and provides a soft feel.
It is a composition consisting of an olefin elastomer, and if either one of them is missing, it will tend to become sticky and cause trouble in use, so it is preferable to use ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer in an amount of 40 to 70% by weight. The vinyl acetate content of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is
The amount is 10 to 20% by weight, and if it is less than 10% by weight, a soft feel cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 20% by weight, it will become sticky. Ethylene-α-olefin copolymer elastomer provides flexibility, and ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer is preferred because it has good compatibility with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The melt flow rate (JISK-6760) of the composition is
0.5 to 1.5g/10min is preferable when using blow molding; less than 0.5g/10min will result in a rough surface.
If it exceeds 1.5g/10min, the weight will increase and you will win.

In addition, the stiffness of the inner layer is 9000 kg/cm 2 or more, which is higher than the value according to ASTM D-747, which provides the strength of the waist without deformation. For example, JIS K7110 is applied for high-density polyethylene, and JIS 6758 is applied for polypropylene. This provides impact resistance that does not normally cause damage, and the synthetic resin is high-density polyethylene, polypropylene. Among them, high-density polyethylene is preferred because it has excellent impact resistance and burrs can be easily removed during blow molding. The melt flow rate of the synthetic resin is preferably 0.1 to 1.5 g/10 min when using blow molding. If it is less than 0.1 g/10 min, the extrusion rate will decrease, and if it exceeds 1.5 g/10 min, uneven thickness will likely occur. be.

The multilayer hollow molded product of the present invention is formed in a hollow shape, but this shape is suitable for adopting multilayer hollow molding, and because it is hollow, it is lightweight, and the insulation of the inner and outer layers is of course improved, but the hollow shape Therefore, it also has insulation properties. If adhesion between the inner and outer layers is insufficient, a modified polyolefin resin grafted with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof as an adhesive resin may be coextruded as an intermediate layer.
