- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ソレノイドに吸引動作電圧を印加して移動部材
の吸引動作を行なわせ、該吸引動作後の移動部材
の吸着保持を、上記ソレノイドに印加する電圧を
上記吸引動作電圧より低い吸着保持電圧に切換え
て行なうものにおいて、 上記吸引動作電圧を供給する電源と、上記吸着
保持電圧を供給する電源とを個々に設けたことを
