  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電気、ガス、水道などで使用料金が、最低月額
    料金と、使用量に応じた従量料金で算定する料金
    構成において、月間時間数は７３０時間に毎月を
    均等化し、最低月額料金Ｍは月間時間数をＮ個に
    時分割して、最低月額料金Ｍ×１Ｎ＝ｍ７に税率
    をかけて、既に投入したコイン、またはコイン代
    替品より記憶されたコイン残高Ｃｘ３から１１で
    減額する。 また使用量に応じた従量料金は、計量器８の単
    位量毎に発生するパルスにより、月間中の使用量
    が最低月額使用量をこえると、その使用量の区分
    に応じた単位料金ｅ１，ｅ２，ｅ３，１０に税率
    をかけて、コイン残高Ｃｘ３から１１で減額する
    。 月末において、当月の月額使用料金１２が、非
    課税か、課税対称であるかを１４で判断し、非課
    税のときはコイン残高Ｃｘ３に税額分を１５で加
    算して戻入れする。課税対称のときは１６で、税
    額分を月毎累計積算し、課税申告データーとする
    。 以上の計算にもとずいて、コイン残高Ｃｘ３の
    残高額によつて、４により需要家負荷に供給、停
    止、または残高額が設定額以下になると、警報を
    発する機能を有している、料金前納式計量装置。
