じ山の形成されたボルトを取付けることによりね
じ山が形成されるものであり、予め孔5があけら
れているものである。座台1の凹溝3内の適所に
は小円形のウエルド部6が形成され、さらに放射
状の凹溝3にはさまれた部位にも円弧状のウエル
ド部7が形成されている。ウエルド部6,7は、
補強のために裏面側に凹部を形成して、これを座
面側に接合したものである。4本の脚2は、その
取付部をクロスさせたうえ接合部8を溶接して一
体に構成されており、脚2の取付部には取付ねじ

て強靭且つ耐久性に富む熱可塑性樹脂を材料とし
た中空二重壁構造であるから座体としてのクツシ
ヨン性は最高のものである、そして脚を取り付け
る凹溝3はその取付面が脚の外周面と同じ凹曲面
であるから脚体の取付部分は凹溝3に密嵌する状
態とり強固に嵌着し、更に該凹溝の間には座台外
周縁と同じ形状の円弧状補強ウエルド部6を全体
円環状に存在せしめたので恰も座台の内下面に外
周縁と同形の補強枠体を内装させたと同じ状態に
あり極めて堅固である、而して従来から斯種椅子
座台で外力に最も弱いとされた座台の脚取付個所
を充分補強するとゝもに、部分的に強く加えられ
た応力も各部へ分散される構成にあり、脚杆取付
のウエルド部は特に肉厚で且つ座表面側に略円錐
形状に接合させる構成としているので座台の一部
が変形したり或はネジ取付部にのみ荷重が集中す
るということもなく外圧力に対し椅子全体の構成
を以つて対抗する構造を具備せる構成にあり、し
かもこのため構造を何等複雑にしたというもので
もないもので安価な量産向きなるに拘らず、簡易
構造の椅子としの諸機能を何等損うものではない

金具4を一体に形設すると共に、この放射形状に
配した凹溝3にはさまれた部位には座台の外周に
沿つた円弧状をする補強ウエルド部7を配し、該
ウエルド部が全体として円環状となる様形成した
