Claims (1)
- 円筒形のホルダ内に、円柱形のコリメートレン
ズ部を保持し、前記円筒形ホルダの底部に半導体
レーザを取付けることにより平行光を得る平行光
光源装置において、前記円筒形ホルダの内壁に、
Ｖ字溝を複数個所設け、前記円筒形ホルダに前記
コリメータレンズ部が遊嵌された状態で、前記Ｖ
字溝に種々の外径の平行ピンを差込むことにより
前記円筒形ホルダに対しコリメートレンズ部を保
持するように構成したことを特徴とする平行光光
源装置。
