  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の異なるテープ走行速度での磁気テープの
    記録、再生が可能で、且つ通常再生とスチルを交
    互に繰り返して間欠スロー再生を実行するビデオ
    テープレコーダにおいて、 前記間欠スロー再生時のキヤプスタン駆動タイ
    ミングを制御してスロースピードを決定するため
    のスロー制御信号を、ＲＦスイツチングパルスよ
    り作成するスロー制御信号作成手段と、 前記磁気テープよりコントロール信号を再生す
    るコントロール信号再生手段と、 前記スロー制御信号の所定倍周期の期間での前
    記再生されたコントロール信号の個数を計数する
    カウンタ手段と、 該カウンタ手段によるカウント値により記録時
    のテープ走行速度を判別するテープ走行速度判別
    手段とを具備したことを特徴とするテープ走行速
    度判別装置。
